Eloise lived a fairly chaotic, but sheltered childhood. Her father spoiled her a bit, but their constant traveling allowed Ella to develop into a very worldly young lady. Everett has lived in cities throughout the world – New York, Las Vegas, London, Paris, Dubai, and Sydney notably. Ella and her father never lived in one place for more than a year before Ella's powers manifested.
Everett was and still is very protective of his daughter. As far as Ella knows, her father is the only family she has left. She knows that her father was an only child, and her grandparents passed before she was born. Every time Ella asks about her mother and her mother's side of the family, her father refuses to talk about it. Ella has tried reading her father's mind and getting answers, but because Everett is a telepath himself, he knows how to throw Ella off and feed her mind false, useless information.
Her father is also a telepath, and attended Kocher haute école pour les surdoués in Switzerland. When Ella’s powers completely manifested, Everett settled in France, his country of origin, so his daughter could also attend. Recently, however, Everett has inexplicably decided to move back to the states where Eloise will attend the Hammel Institute.
The two have lived a lavish lifestyle because Everett uses his powers to profit.

From Monroe’s history:
For as long as Monroe can remember, he's lived with his mother in Maine, who makes a living as a child psychologist. They made ends meet as she had a fairly good job, but she was still a single mother. They've always gotten along for the most part, but Monroe always got the feeling that she kept a lot of things hidden from him. He never knew his father and his mother never really talked about him. He was on the threshold of puberty when he first dreamwalked and life wasn't nearly the same anymore-- not all skateboarding and heavy metal concerts. Within a few weeks, he was scoped out and while he really,really didn't want to go, he's now stuck at Hammel.

What plots, if any, do you have in mind? Basically, Monroe and Eloise are going to find out that they’re twins, and the proper drama must ensue. Any plot between Nora and Everett are completely up to the people who take on the chatacters – and has the potential to be really interesting.
How often do you need this character to post? At the role players usual schedule. As long as this character is not neglected for extended periods of time!
Do you have any other needs or restrictions regarding this request? a lot of the details about these characters are kind of set (see history), but parts of histories (especially before the kids were born) and other factors can be modified. Contact Emily for Eloise’s dad or Sydnee for Monroe’s mom and more details can be worked out!
