Here we have Contessa Fiorella Grimaldi. There's really no need to be so formal around her though, Tess or Tessa would be just fine. She's just your run of the mill sixteen year old girl. She loves hanging out with friends, shopping, and going to parties. Well...almost normal anyways, the small exception is of course the fact that she is able to control any kind of open flame. Other than that, completely normal. She transferred from Kocher to Hammel when she was twelve years old to try and avoid her psycho family who tried to have her killed for being a meta-human. Huh...Maybe she isn't normal at all but ehh who cares normalcy was so last season.

When you first meet Tess, she may come off as being shy. Since she had so many people in her family who would simply ignore her, she has a harder time trying to make that first connection with a person. However, once you manage to get past her little defense mechanism, she becomes a totally different person. She's the type who loves to smile and tries to make other smile with her. She remains loyal to her friends and will stick up for them no matter what.

Tess isn't one to go around making enemies, but she does have a fiery temper that tends to get her in trouble with a lot of her peers and elders. If she truly believes in something and somebody goes against it, she will not be afraid to tell them how she feels. She can not stand it when she gets to know somebody enough to actually call them a friend, and they end up doing something to break her trust in them. If you do anything she thinks is untrustworthy to either her or one of her friends she would automatically think of you as her enemy.

Like with her friends, Tessa would have an extremely difficult time allowing somebody to get past the defense mechanism she's had to live with all these years. Even after she lets you in, there would still be difficulties such as her seeming distant or cold hearted at times. Now, it's not like she's completely shut off her feelings of love, she just has a harder time making that love connection. When she can finally learn how to love a person in return, that's when she will truly be the happiest she's ever been. After all, that's all she ever wanted since she was a little girl. To have anybody love her and in return her feeling love for them.

Hey Brit! I’m Jam. Nice to meet you. Haha. Anywho, instead of making myself look bad with a rather bad pseudo-intro, I’ll go on and get on with the whole plotting business. ^^.

Zac&Tess
The moment I saw Tess’s app (even before she was accepted, because I’m such a creeper/stalker like that), I just knew that the two should at least be familiar with each other. Zac, like Tess, is also a single child that came from quite the prestigious family. LaRousse Enterprises has a division deals with biomedical applications of technology, and since Grimaldi Genetics seems to be some sort of genetic/medical-pharmaceutical one (if I’m understand things right), I’m thinking either they’re slight competitors or they’ve had a business deal gone on between them. That being said, if Tess (before her manifestation) was brought to social gatherings and the like, she and Zac might’ve at least met or something. Also, Zac has cousins in Kocher (two of them are exactly Tess’s age when the shooting happened) and since having a shooting happen in school isn’t exactly something you can hide easily, I figured the boy would’ve heard about it somehow. (He has cousins in every meta-school; his family’s like a ‘mafia’ that way; more info would be in his bio. Heehee.).
Anywho, as for their personalities, I think they’d get along. They’re both vain and Zac’s very much the arrogant brat, but I’m fairly sure she won’t be among those he’d love to torture just for fun. In fact, I figured that Zac would’ve flirted (and would still do now) with Tess in the past. Heck, if you even want them to have some sort of history, feel free to tell me and I’m pretty sure we can work stuff out. :B.
The mimic would also try his best (albeit in his own, twisted way) to tell Tess that being meta isn’t all that bad and it’s her parents that are screwed up. Zac came from a long line of meta humans (his father isn’t a ‘supremacist’, but some of his relatives are) so he’d really be bugged (sort of) if Tess would think of her powers as ‘a curse’. If they grew close anyway.

Ethan&Tess
On the flipside, there’s Ethan. If Tess has trouble trusting non-meta’s because of what happened to her, Ethan would love to present himself. Though he doesn’t really go to Hammel, he does hang around it a lot, since his father teaches there and he has two siblings that go to the Institute (he’s the only nonpowered member of his family) so there’s a lot of chance meeting there. Ethan’s pretty chill and laidback, so if Tess is looking for sort of a big brother who’ll let him have fun once in a while, he says he’s up for it.

Romeo&Tess
Finally there’s Romeo. They’re the same age, so they’d pretty much be in the same classes and stuff (except for training maybe, because Romeo just arrived last year). I’d say that Romeo would be interested with her, and while he won’t be shy about it, he’d hide it under a mask of playfulness and naughtiness, among other things just so he won’t be taken too seriously. Since I’m really not one to plot a relationship with someone before having the characters go on a thread together, I’d like to see – if I’d be allowed anyway – how the two would be before giving a final verdict on how Romeo might feel about her on the inside.

Eeep. I apologize for the rambling, or if I didn’t make much sense at all. I wrote this so early in the morning. I know I should’ve just waited, but my mind just won’t let me. Hahaha. Anyway, other than these three boys, I have two more under my wing – Jared the Ball of Sunshine and Mason (a teacher) who’s very much clueless when it comes to societal norms. Hey Jam thanks for the welcome...I'm totally in love with like all your characters and I think we need to start plotting with these three like ASAP. I'll pm you so we can get rolling

ZAC&TESS- I totally love that idea these two just have too much in common not to be friends. Plus it saves me the trouble of having to ask somebody to play somebody from my past lol. I like the idea of the two companies having dealings in the past, that way they could already have a strong connection making it easier for Tess to listen to Zac when he tries to make her feel better. I can already imagine the shenanigans these two could get into lmao

ETHAN&TESS-So I read over Ethan's bio and I love this character. I think he would make an awesome big brother figure, Tess needs positive non-powered humans in her life.. And the fact that he a pessimist would prove interesting seeing as how Tess is always trying to make people see the brighter side in life.

ROMEO&TESS-I EFFING LOVE THIS PLOT!!! I can see Contessa thinking he's really cute, but his behavior would turn her off leading her to have any sort of interest in him, but after awhile she talks to him and starts to develop deeper feelings for him. I love the idea of each of them being totally different personalities. I think we definitely need to start playing this relationship out ASAP so we can see if it would work.

Lucah and Contessa- Lucah came from Kocher around the same time she did, so maybe they could have a friendship from there and pick it back up once they find each other at Hammel? Lucah's got a dark relationship with his father, along the same lines as her family's reaction to her powers. He puts up a wall around himself and VERY rarely does anyone get in. He's currently single, so if you think of that as a possible relationship in the future I'm up for it. If not, I can definitely see them as friends and maybe have her be one of the few that gets through the rough exterior.

He's more or less the only one I can really see her hanging out with, if you're interested in any of my other characters just lemme know ^^

LUCAH&TESS- I like that idea, and think they would be good friends who can talk about all their past issues. Maybe we could have Lucah be one the first friends Tess made once she got to Kocher. Most likely Tess would want to keep an extra close eye on Lucah and try to get him to not be so grumpy all the time. I think we need set up a thread right away to see where this goes

Hello! Introducing myself..and Rebecca, since we are now roommates i figure we can start a thread and see if it works out any. fair warning Becca is not much of a talker,so no worries of having someone annoy you at all hours of the day lol and quite possible to not be in the dorm hardly ever, as the library is her haven and she will spend as much free time possible reading everything she can get her hands on.
