WANTED: A best friend (possible love interest)

I would so love for somebody to app Julian’s best friend (and possible love interest) Dylan. Dylan was actually the one that made Julian come to the conclusion he might also be interested in boys. And because I am a shameless romantic, I’d love for Dylan to also be here.
Age: No younger than 14, but no older then 16.
Nickname: Up to you
Powers: Again, up to you. But I’d be interested in empathy. Since he’s more of a wild child, I think it’d be a good way for him to be able to ‘encourage’ people to follow him in his troublesome ideas.
Personality: In Julian’s app, I described Dylan’s personality a bit, but I didn’t go too in depth. Like I’ve said, he’s a bit of a wild child with a habit of getting himself (and Julian) into trouble, but nothing more worthy than a slap in the wrist. But, he’s also a good influence and often encourages people to go out to do whatever makes them happy.

History: A lot of his history is up to you. But his and Julian’s do need to match, at least when they lived near each other. So the two met when Julian and his family moved to Switzerland, when Julian was 9. And they became fast friends. If the fact that Julian’s dad was a famous musician mattered to Dylan, he never made it obvious. They attended The American School in Switzerland (TASIS), which is both a middle school and high school. Dylan encouraged Julian to try out for lacrosse and he pierced Julian’s ears for him. Unfortunately, after just a month shy of two years, Julian’s family moved to America. Though, most every summer was spent in Switzerland. And Julian and Dylan were always sure to stay in contact with each other.
Dylan himself is a bit vague, I know. But since this is going to be a character somebody else will be playing, I don’t want to hinder how another person might want to play him. That being said, if you have any questions or need any ideas, I’ll be more than happy to help.
