Belle had been playing with Amelia in her room when she had gotten a text message from Robbie earlier that day telling her to meet him outside of the school, and to only bring a few things with her, including her iPod. She wondered what he had planned for the two of them, and was getting a bit excited and nervous as she got ready to see him.
Slipping into pink summer dress, Belle did what she usually did and starred at her back for a few minutes, starring angrily at her open wounds. She then put on a pink sweater, and packed a few belongings, her iPod like Robbie had told her to bring, her notebook and a pen. She then slipped her feet into her black Mary Jane’s.
After placing Amelia back into her cage, Belle made her way outside to meet up with Robbie. When she saw Robbie a large smile grew on her face, and she happily trotted over to him before standing in front of him and smiling happily, "H-hi R-Robbie!" She said, and quickly gave him a hug. She had never been asked to meet a guy before, and she had never received a text message from anyone but her father before. Belle was pretty sure that Robbie was the only guy at Hammel that had her phone number.
Robbie then began explaining to Belle that the two of them were going to the Lake, and that he needed to do some training there and Belle knew immediately why she was here. "Th-th-thunderstorms…?" Was all she could muster out as the two of them began the adventure to the Lake. Belle had never been to the Lake before, and now knowing that she was going to have to witness a thunderstorm being made and be near one made her panic a bit.
When they arrived to the Lake, Belle’s arms went around Robbie’s one arm, as she shyly walked next to him, trying to almost blend into him, as she grasped onto him in fear. She didn’t want to do this, but she knew she had to at least try getting over her fears. And at least she brought her iPod so she wouldn’t have to hear the thunderstorm at its full strength, and at least Robbie was with her because then she wouldn’t be alone.
After walking for a bit, the two of them stopped, and Belle looked up at Robbie, her eyes wide in fear and shock. She was hoping that they would never stop walking so she didn’t have to do this. But she knew Robbie was going to help her get through it, even if she didn’t want to do it. Faking a smile, she loosened her grip a bit off of Robbie’s arm, "S-s-sorry…" She pushed out a soft giggle.
Letting go with one of her hands, Belle went a pulled her iPod out of her satchel, and put her ear buds into her ears, and pressed Play. Slowly and quietly, Beethovan's "Fur Elise" began playing in her ear, and she smiled up at Robbie again, "R-r-ready!" She said, her hands back on Robbie’s arm, and gripping onto him as she starred up at the sky, waiting.
