Cat smiled as the younger girl explained to her what her thoughts and feelings were. “ If you don’t understand something it should be explained until you do. People should never give up, especially at understanding things. It may be frustrating at times but as long as you work your hardest you can overcome anything.“ At least that was what she thought.
Cat smiled as the younger girl explained a bit more about her brother. Cat had pondered whether or not she had wanted more family then he grandmother or not. The thoughts quickly escaped her head as she reassured herself that her grandmother was enough to keep her going. After all that is what she was. Family.
Cat noticed the younger girl’s eyes drooping. She had done it again hadn’t she? Upset a little kid? That truly was never her intention. Sighing she smiled at the Jackie. Boy she was tough. Cat had to chuckle at the little girl defending herself. “That they are, and I wont worry so long as I know you’ll set them right in the end.” She smiled. Jackie would survive, she was sure of it.
Cat smiled as the younger girl laughed at her apparent ability, or therefore lack of, in the kitchen. She smiled. It really was something to laugh about. She had to chuckle to herself. She really was horrid in the kitchen. Cat had to smile at the cookies reference. “They do sound good. I am sure that you must be as good at them as a professional. No, yours must be better.”
Cat nodded at the sensible Jackie. “ I guess I better go then. I think I'all wait until your dad gets here though. It’s a safety thing. “ Cat smiled at Jackie as they waited for her father. After hearing him beep Cat smiled at Jackie and waved as she watched her walk away. As Jackie walked away Cat heard the words and smiled. “For sure Jackie, that’s a given.” Smiling Cat walked the other way and made her way back to Hammel. To her it was a good day indeed.
((OOC: wrapped? and it was fun!))
