Hoshi was in the local grocery store looking for ingredients to cook a traditional Japanese meal for herself, and her sisters. She had invited both to dinner at her flat, mostly out of politeness. She had already secured a rice cooker and the meat she wanted to use. Now all she was looking for was the nori.Who knew it would be so hard to find seaweed in America. Hoshi was in bad mood when she was looking for it. this was the third store she had tried and it was starting to irk her to some extent. Her eyes flickered downwards over the rows of where the nori should be kept. It was not there. Frowning she bit her lip and shook her head where was the stupid thing.
Hoshi needed the nori to hold the rice balls together. They would fall apart if they were not formed correctly. Being the perfectionist she is that was unacceptable to Hoshi. She would make the best she knew how. The thing was though, she was running out of time. She had to get back to the office, yes they were finally setting up, and this was taking up way to much time. One thing about Hoshi is that she hated to waste time. Time was meant to be spent. Not wasted away in the day. There was so much to get done. To do, that to Hoshi wasted time was an irksome habit people picked up. If she had it her way she would make people use their time more wisely.
Right before she was about to leave however she spotted it. On the very top shelf. Scowling Hoshi looked at it and tried to reach for it in her kimono . Didn't they know people were short? Didn't they know people couldn't reach up there? Hoshi was short. Shorter then most Asians. Coming in at five feet two inches Hoshi was just above the size of a child. She had been short all of her life and she knew it. Really. They should lower the shelves. It would be easier. Her fingers jut barely missing the box in which it was contained Hoshi let out a curse not really caring if anyone else heard her. "Kuso!"
((OOC: I am so sorry about the huge delay!!))
