Robbie was enraged. He didn't know where to place the anger because he was obviously scared to confront Mia, the pussy that he was. So the only thing he could think of to do was write a dumb apology [in Sharpie no less] to one of his best friends in the hopes of getting him to forgive the weather manipulator.
Hastily scribbling down his apology, he slipped it under Evan's door in the hopes that he was the one who picked it up and not Mia. Or Levi for that matter. He wanted his friend to be the only one who read his well-meaning, albeit simple apology.
