Thread Roulette: Questionable Training

Analise McKeil, Brea White, and Zaeric Blackood are doing some extracurricular training on their powers.

Brea couldn't get tall enough. Or couldn't get tall enough without wrecking her clothes. She'd been told that she had to try and focus on the clothes, and if she did it just right, she'd be rewarded with butterflies and cake and puppies and kittens.

Not really. Her mind was just filling in all the things she could get once she finally got used to her powers. But she knew the reality was that she wouldn't get any of it. Things didn't work like that. She just really wished she could stop tearing holes in her shirts. She eyed the shoulder seam that had split when she'd tried to grow her shoulders wider, then sighed.

"Why do we have to do this?" she groaned, then looked over at the other students practicing with her. "And why are you here anyways? Don't get enough practice in schools?"

The fact that she was being a bit biting made Zaer a little annoyed. Just a little though. Zaer was in a very good mood today, because for once he wasn't so hot that he was cross. The cold suited Zaer because it was his element. Ice, snow, the cold in general. So the fact that it was now cold out made the teen very very happy. He just shrugged as he started to manipulate water into ice, trying to get it to shred into snowflakes in one little area.

" My, aren't you just a sassy one today. Shouldn't you be a little happier?" He asked the girl who spoke. It seemed she was some sort of shape changer, and judging by the state of her clothing it wasn't going as well as she had planned. There was a large tear at the shoulder seam which Zaer knew was fixable but not if left alone for too long.

" Do you have a sewing kit to fix that? If not would you like me to get mine to help?"
