"Trust me Ann!" The tiny brunette squeaked eagerly, flapping his menu back and forth with fervour. "We're not going to do anything major like make you wear a big pink frilly frock or give you a spray tan." He held up his hand as though proclaiming an oath. "I promise." He added, before feeling a little of Ann's embarrassment in the air. Avoiding touching her bare hand, he instead patted her arm reassuringly, adding a sparkling irresistible smile to the mix. "First things first lets just worry about food, kay?"
Leaning back in his seat, Moe flipped through the menu a few times more before deciding what he wanted and resting his cheek on his hand. He watched Ann squirm a little under the idea of being glammed up, and he sighed ever so softly, barely loud enough to be heard. "We're not gonna change much, 'cause you don't need to change." The boy insisted, tapping his nails restlessly on the table.
"We're just enhancing what you do have to make you really something." Flicking through his bag for a moment, the brunette fished out a book on makeup (yes, he does carry stuff like that around) and delicately placed it on the table, open to a page called Barely There. "See? She doesn't really look like she's wearing makeup, but she is. Notice how her eyelashes look lovely and thick and her skin tone is even?" The boy continued, gesturing round the photo. "She's got a sort of... dewy glow about her, which is so pretty. That's what I want to do to you."
A few seconds passed with Moe staring intently at Ann, almost as if scanning her for any doubts. "It's not like I'm going to do this..." The boy flipped to another page, with a woman with rainbow eyeshadow and bright orange lips. "It just wouldn't be right to hide your pretty face under all that mess."
With an assured nod, the boy fell silent, instead hailing over the waitress and giving her his best smile. "I think we're ready to order." He said eagerly, looking over to Ann with a question on his face.
