Making Metal Stick (Thomas)

Jace was very close to running late--he knew this. But he really shouldn't have to avoid grabbing a cold bottle of water from the refrigerator just because his powers had been acting up so much, and it wasn't like this was a formal training session, right? Anyway, he brought some random items that could be picked up with a magnet--thankfully they all fit in a bag that he could close up and try to hold away from himself--and managed to keep them from sticking to him prematurely as he just about sprinted from his dorm room to the training room, arriving precisely at 2:01. He was going to have to work on being on time, wasn't he?

He slammed into the room and relaxed a bit, letting the door shut behind him when he realized that he wasn't a half hour late. He made his way over to who he figured was the person orchestrating all of this warm-up strangeness, and held out his hand. "I'm Jason Simple, and I'm here for your two o'clock." He nearly grinned, hearing himself speak like that. It was so... Official.
