General Appearance:
Cam is not a small girl, but not a huge girl. She however believes she is the perfect size. She has an oval face with beautiful brown eyes. Her naturally wavy blond hair is usually worn straightened and down with a funky clip in it.
Cam's personal sense of style could be described as Rockabilly. She loves color and funky clothes. All of her clothes have a vintage feel to them, but have modern twists. She loves heals and owns probably 40 different pairs of them. She owns maybe two pairs of shoes that aren't heals of some kind. Cam is a very neat and organized person, this is reflected in her clothing. While her clothing is often all over the place you will never see a wrinkle or stain.
Her one tattoo is a reminder to always be herself, not who others wanted her to be. She is my no means opposed to more tattoos however she firmly believes that any tattoo needs to have a deep meaning behind it.
Personality:
Cam is a naturally happy person. She is very much a glass half full kind of girl. While some call her naive for this outlook she simply believes that there is too much negativity in the world. Cam loves people though that hasn't always been the case. When she was younger people and interacting with them was the farthest thing from her mind.
Cam is the kind of person that remembers almost every detail about things and people. This has lead to a number of awkward situations over the years but for the most part it has been a blessing. It enables to her to work a lot fast and get a lot more done. This especially helped her during her own schooling. She loved being able to remember any book she had read, she loved remembering quirky little factoids about anything. She was and still is a whiz at Trivial Pursuit.
Cam demands excellence from herself and her students. Her personal belief is that by demanding excellence it is what she will get from her students and they will then become the very best that they can be. While she is a strict teacher she is also a well loved teacher. She tries hard to make classes fun, she wants her family to love history as much as she does.

History
Camelia had a normal childhood or at least she thought it was normal. Her brother Joshua was three years older than her and had very little time to indulge his "baby sister." Cammi soon learned to have by herself, and when she started school a whole new world was opened up to her. Her friends became the characters in her books, Alice, Ramona, Amelia Bedelia ect. She was happy. Her parents kept trying to get her to be more social to make friends. It was her Aunt Sophia who encouraged her to read to be herself. She would give her books to read, she practically built Cammi's personal library for her.
When Cammi was 13 her life changed completely. In class one day a particularly mean girl was teasing her making rude gestures and dirty faces. Suddenly a pen from Cammi's desk flew across the room and hit the girl in the head. Cammi can't remember anything past that. All she remembers is waking up in the nurses office with people talking about her in the other room. They sounded worried scared even.
A few days later a man came to her home and told her about a school. A special school for people like her. The idea thrilled Cammi, and her parents were glad to send her somewhere else. Since the time she left her parents house at 13 she has had very little contact with her family beyond Aunt Sophia. At Hammel Cammi flourished. The classes challenged her and inspired her. She chose to always either to stay at school or go to a friends house over the holidays. She gained control of her power, and learned that her fainting back in the 7th grade was because of the use her power. Now she just got migraines and if trying to move large objects she got extremely tired, extremely fast. Shew however quickly became concerned with the idea of using her power too much. She did not in any way want to become dependent on her power. She tried to live her life normally only using her power when she really needed to, or even she was being extremely lazy.
After graduating from Hammel she went on to study at Brown University. She graduated near the top of her class with a B.A in History, and one in secondary education. Her dream was to return to the school that she loved and teach. To give the same gift of education that she had receive to other children. It took a few years but finally at the age of 24 she received a letter offering her a job. She accepted it without a second thought, packed up her life and moved back to Vermont. She rented a small house in Pilot Ridge and started teaching. She has loved every minute of her job. Aunt Sophia is the only person in her family that knows she is now teaching at Hammel.
Her students became her life. She works hour after hour making sure she teaches them exactly what they need to know and more. She strives to teach them the things about history that is often ignored. No country is given bias. If a country screwed up in history Cam pointed it out. There was no sugar coating. She only wished more teachers took this approach.

Roleplay Example
Cam plopped down on her sofa, today had been a long day. Her students were just not thinking outside of the box. They had a paper due that day on the Industrial revolution. A nice broad subject. However it seemed they had all chosen to just talk about things that they had gone over class. None of them had done more research and thought outside the book. If she had to read one more report on the invention of the printing press, or the steam engine she would scream. She had better calm down tonight or her students were going to receive quiet the tongue lashing tomorrow. Maybe she should give them a chance to redo the essay, maybe then she would get something fun to read. She would think about later. Right now she need a cup of tea.
She got up and walked into the kitchen setting up her tea. As the tea pot filled Cam hummed to herself a happy little ditty that had been running through her head since she could remember. She placed the now full pot on the stove and turned up the heat. It would probably would have been easier to use her powers to do this, the effects wouldn't even be that bad a twinge in the forehead and that's about it. But Cam felt like that was cheating, and the tea just didn't taste as good when she did it that way.
When the teapot one the stove began to whistle Cam grabbed her earl tea and a mug. Cam smiled just making the tea was calming her down and bringing a smile to her face. If a cup of tea was all the Doctor needed who was she to deny its power and draw.
Cam took her tea back into the living room and turned on the TV, the house was just too quiet. The actual show didn't matter too much the silence just disturbed her. It was time to settle in for the night. The TV quickly became boring, not that Cam was all that surprised. She turned that TV off. With a sigh she turned back to her student's paper. "Once more into the breach my friends!"
Five minutes later she sighed again. Another paper on the invention and importance of the printing press. Cam couldn't deny that press was incredibly important but there was more to talk about. She would love to read about the agricultural revolution and how that influenced the industrial revolution. Or even better the relationship between Britain and the rest of Europe during this time; the intense rivalry, the secrets ect.
