"I'd never think you were a nuisance." Callie pointed out, smiling. It was another little attempt on her part at getting him to stop talking down about himself. Well, equal parts that and the fact that she wanted him to know he could drop by whenever he wanted. It was hardly annoying for her, considering how she looked forward to it all the time.
The only thing that dawned on Calliope was how interesting it would be if her brother and Lucah ever met. Eric tried to bring out the social side of people. And just being Callie's friend meant that Eric would want to meet him. "He knows a bit about you. That you're my friend and all that. It kinda makes him want to meet you... He's just a really protective guy." She informed him, hoping that he understood what she meant. He was an older brother to a sister, after all.
Callie would just have to remind Eric not to use her full name. It was very rare that she told anyone; aside from her brothers, Reggie and Cam everyone only really knew her as Callie.
"That's great!" Callie replied. "I was thinking of going, and now I guess I have a reason too." After listening to the statement in her head, she felt the need to backpedal. "I mean, you'll totally need audience support, right? You can just look for my face and know that I'll be cheering you on."
