Leiken cracked his knuckles slightly as set aside his small stack of boxes he'd carried upstairs. A task that even he was surprised he could complete without passing out or causing some sort disaster with his belongings. It was a relief to be rid of the weight of those boxes, even if it would be short lived, given that he was standing just outside of room 204. He'd taken the moment to dig through his pocket, checking the room key number, and the number on the door. The last thing Lei needed was to enter a room that wasn't even his own and startle up the other students.
After confirming that this was indeed the correct room Lei exhaled a satisfied sound. Unlocking and pushing the door open he began to drag his boxes into the room. Quite literally attempting to drag the stack of boxes into the room without having to lift and carry them further than need be. After all, he still didn't know which area would be vacant not claim as his own, he hoped at least he wouldn't have to nose about too much. If he had to who knows what sort of trouble he could get into. That mischievous curiosity was starting to get the better of him. That urge tingled his gut, but he fought it back.
Lei closed the door behind himself, standing upright, looking about the room. Scanning it for signs of life as his lips parted, exhaling a lazy call throughout the room, "Hello? Anyone home?!" Part of him was eager to meet his roommates, to learn about them, to understand their abilities. After all, it was better to be aware, so that he knew which ones of them to avoid.
A hand raised, brushing through the messy strands of his dark hair, disturbing the strands that rested there further. Though he didn't really care what his hair looked like at that point. He'd worry about it later when he was settled in or maybe not; either way. Leiken looked about the room, calling out a second time, "Hey! If someone's home you better speak up or i'm going to start invading quarters !" he threatened in a mock-playful tone.
