Oriel/Erik - I think eventually there should be a followup thread with these two. I think after a few interactions(maybe) they might become pretty good frenimies. Either that or incredibly bitter enemies...Sorry, I just really like hateships! ><

Renee/Randel - They're four years apart, but it's entirely possible they knew each other while in school, at least for a little while. Renee was a little bit of a troublemaker in her early years as a student at Hammel, though now she's a trainer at Hammel. She's a little bit of a flirt, and a bit spontaneous, but usually pretty fun to be around...I think.

Brooke/Randel - I imagine that Randel might be one of the people who keeps picking up Brooke when she ventures too far from Hammel for her parties...maybe? Maybe? Brooke tends to get along with adults more than students anyway, so they might've developed a (chaste) friendship.

I have one of Erik's roommates, Tomer. They'll have to run into each other eventually, so there's that.

I also have Mike Batista, who, if I'm doing the math right, was a trainer when Randel was a student. Mike began training at Hammel in August 1987. You said you were looking for older staff, but you didn't mention why. Friends? Mentors? I'm up for it.

Eros/Randel - I was thinking maybe Eros and Randel could have some kind of friendship - she's interested in forensic chemistry and enjoys thinking through puzzles, maybe he could employ her or show her the ropes of detectiveism or something?

Nah it's fine, keep it :3 I'll write up a new thread for Mike later. And I think that sounds really interesting. Is she a student in criminal forensics? Because then they might have a lot to talk about, because I'm sure that's what Randel studied when he was in college. I don't think he'd be willing to share any trade secrets unless she was employed, but he could give her a few pointers for her studies, maybe :3

I think right now she's really undecided in her studies - just doing her basics. She's thinking about doing forensic chemistry though, especially with her background of being close to the military, even if she doesn't agree with her father's opinions. I like the idea of them working together or being friends though. They're both so quiet and serious, I can see how they'd get along.

I think it'd be fun if, in the future, they might end up working together. Obviously he wouldn't bring it up now, since they just met and he'd probably consider her too young for that...but maybe as they get to know each other and she shows an interest in crimes, he'll open up to her.
(I kind of have a plot for what exactly he's looking for. I've gotta clear it up with the admins though and I'll PM you if I get the ok ;3)
And yes, I think their personalities do match up well ;D
