Justin walked out of the infirmary after another visit so that the doctor could make sure he was still okay after the coma he was in after he was reckless with his power. He walked into the courtyard and sat down by a small puddle of water and laid down on the grass looking up at the sky. "I hate getting check ups they are so annoying" he sighed out loud and closed his eyes to rest a bit and started to lightly use his power to make the crystalline dust in his pouch to hover above his head a shield from the light.

Astley had been out in the courtyard - dressed inappropriately for the weather, as usual - attempting a watercolor. It was not going well. It felt silly and boring and plain, and she wasn't a fan of the medium in this context, so she wrinkled her nose and crumpled the page up. Taking a deep breath, she refused to give up. She'd just have to try again from a different angle. So she picked up her little stool and easel and relocated several yards away, taking another five or ten minutes to set up again.

But now there was someone who would be in the frame of the painting. He'd muttered something earlier, she thought, while she'd been moving things, but she hadn't caught what it was. Astley debated just painting the scene anyway, and not telling him, or maybe relocating again to another angle, but that would be such a hassle. Besides, she recognized this guy from one class or another - Justin, right? - and he seemed like a nice guy who wouldn't mind. She walked over to him, tentatively, and tapped him lightly. "Excuse me - do you mind if you're in my painting?" She asked, quietly, politely.

Justin awoke to the feeling of being poked, when he opened his eyes he saw it was a fellow student that he recognized from class. "Yeah and you're...astley right?" he asked as he put his crystalline dust awake back into the pouch. "Uh sure i dont mind at all' he said. "Would you like me to be like i am or in a different position?" He said asking as he looked up at her.

Astley nodded in verification as he guessed at her name, and felt a little bad she hadn't addressed him by his. Because she was 80% sure she had it right. But that wasn't 100%, and she didn't like to risk it.

"Uh sure i dont mind at all. Would you like me to be like I am or in a different position?"

She was a little surprised, and her face showed it, before she blushed. "Oh, you don't have to move - I was just going to be painting the scene, and you happened to be in it," she explained, a little flustered. She should've just done it without telling him. "I didn't mean to interrupt anything - you can go back to sleep if you like, don't let me keep you."
