Dawn was still not feeling the best but her head cold was getting better. She was still mad about missing out on her chocolate time in the cafeteria. She sniffled as she walked in the classroom, still not giving anyone a hello because of how bad she was feeling. Okay, maybe she was feeling better but she still didn't like having to be here while she was sick.

Dawn took her assigned seat and listened to the teacher as she told them that there was going to be a timed online assignment today. Oh great...at least I know my stuff..Dawn slightly smiled while everyone got their laptops. She wanted to go last because she didn't want to end up pushed or anything, she was already on the edge of snapping at people. Dawn got up, grabbed some random laptop and placed it on the desk. She followed the directions on how to get to the test and when the teacher said to start she did so.

For a while everything was going great. The test was difficult but she thought she would pass it, even though she kept wanting to fall asleep. She was almost done when suddenly the computer froze. Dawn looked at the computer shocked..."No...no no..." She frowned at the thing as it finally shut down. "Times up!!"No...no..no..no...NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She was a frozen statue just staring at the blank computer and watched it finally turn on.

At first she was only smirking...but then it got worse. She laughed and shook her head, she wasn't happy in the least though. She wanted to cry...she wanted to through the dang computer. She then stopped laughing and stared at the computer as the teacher looked around and finally made her way to her's..."It...it...." Dawn breathed in a long breath before her jaw clinched and she went blank. There was no facial expression as the teacher understood what happened. I'm gonna lose it...first the chocolate and head cold...now...AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lin sat in there in the two side by side desks with very bored expressions on their faces. The exact same expression. Before he had been found by recruiters, Lin had often bothered teachers with this in the school back in Salem. Now that people knew Bolin and Chonglin were growing more accustomed to being just Lin, and that teachers were used to metas, the staff paid the two very little notice when they were in sync. This bothered Lin at times, but this time it was just shrugged off.

A slight moan came from the Gestalt's mouths as Bolin got up for a computer. As well as the two were syncing, there were times where they were too lazy to do things in perfect unison. This was one of those times. After all, who would jump at the chance to take an online test?!

The older twin placed a laptop on his brothers desk, and rather than sitting back down in his own, he leaned over Chonglin's shoulder to take part in this god forsaken test. There was no need for each to take it individually, after all the answers would be the same. While it was hard, it went over all smoothly for Lin. They didn't to talk too loudly to communicate, and at least their messy hand writing wouldn't cause any possible confusion for the teacher during correction.

Bolin glanced back to the desk behind them when hearing distressed "no's" being muttered out. The redhead sitting there obviously wasn't a technopath with the computer trouble she was having. Lin dismissed her, and continued on with the test. But when time was up and she practically screamed "no,' they both turned to look at her. She looked as if she could rip her hair out on the spot.

"Hey,"

"you okay?" Lin's voices carried with a worried tone and a little bit of curiosity too.

Dawn was still staring, without blinking, at the computer. I'm goin' to die...Okay maybe not but she was really not in the best of moods. She couldn't speak, more and barely could think. First the chocolate and now this, this had to be the worst day of her life! At least the spider couldn't help it...She was almost laughing in her mind as well because of how horrible this whole week was going.

As soon as she heard someone she stared with a straight face at them and almost glared. Another set of Gestalt twins, I hope they aren't mean. So help me I will...She sighed and shook her head finally at the both of them and turned her computer around as she began to laugh. The teacher looked as if she wasn't going to help...Fine!! "No...I am definitely not okay..." She wanted to throw the computer across the room and then storm out of the room while throwing a lot more, but that was just not how she dealt with things anymore.

Lin looked down at the computer screen. They didn't know much about computers, but by the looks of things it wasn't working like the redhead wanted. The girl was giggling at her predicament which was a bit concerning to the two boys, and a little creepy too. It must've taken a lot to get someone to laugh at their own problems like that.

"Y'know there's a few technopaths around the school."

"Maybe the teacher'll let you go hunt one down." They offered in hopes of maybe she'd calm down a little. Despite Chonglin sitting in the desk in front of her, neither of the two could say they knew her name. In quite a few of their classes, including this one, Lin mostly kept to themselves. Out of classes was when they met people and made new friends, not in dreary math or science.

"Wǒ am Lin.."

"Who're you?" Blunt? Yeah. But it got their question across. They would like to know the name of the girl who is going crazy directly behind them.

She still stared at her computer in utter shock. She didn't know there were technopaths so this was not good too her. She sighed and started to come back to reality. She looked at the two boys in front of her with more knowledge that they were really there. She knew they were there, it was just that she wasn't paying attention at first. 

"Technopath? Yeah that sounds good.." She smiled and sighed in relief at hearing that there were technopaths around this school. "Wouldn't have been so bad, but around four days or so I got really sick and couldn't eat breakfast, which had a lot of chocolate that day...and now this. Doesn't sound like much does it? I have a chocolate problem." She smirked at her little joke, it was true though.

She had to blink a few times before she understood that they just said theit name to her. Why is it just one? "Lin? Okay. I am Dawn Ramona.." With that she nodded her head and rose her hand to the teacher, she needed this thing fixed pronto!

They watched her look up that them. She didn't seem completely all there, but she seemed a little better than before. That was good. Right?

Lin nodded to her. They didn't really know any of the technopaths around the school, but they knew they were there. They figured any would hang around a computer lab. Bolin and Chonglin listened to her problems of the week. It sounded like she was having it rough. Even if they didn't see a point in worrying about lacking chocolate, they did know how frustrating it was to go without a meal (and having two stomachs to feed didn't help).

While Chonglin just shrugged, his brother spoke. "Sounds like a long week."

"Nice to meet you Dawn." Normally they wouldn't respond with such a formality, but every little good thing helped with the bad, right? Their head's turned around to see if the teacher would let Dawn head off to hunt a technopath down. They weren't completely sure since the teacher looked pretty absorbed in getting the next part of class set up.

Dawn smiled at them both and nodded her head. She was starting to feel better, nothing else could go wrong right? She sighed and watched as the teacher came over to her desk. "Hi..." Dawn pointed to her laptop and then started to try to say more. It was hard for Dawn to talk without shouting when she was freaking out. "It...shut down on the exam. Can I take it over?" The teacher looked away from Dawn as if she didn't want to see Dawn's reaction. "Sorry but you can't retake it. As soon as the exam has been accepted, or in this case the computer restarting itself, that's it..."

Dawn stared at the teacher for a long time as she tried to understand what she was saying. "So...can  I go get a technopath?" At this her voice was barely a whisper as she tried to control her thoughts and what she wanted to do. The teacher took one quick glance and looked away. "Sorry, I wish you could but the grade is already in and it's final. If you get a technopath to help out with that it will look as if you just cheated.

Dawn understood this, she really did. It was just that she was not happy. The teacher sighed and walked back behind her desk. All Dawn could do was stare at her as she thought about the grade in the book. So help me if I have to take another year in this class...She sighed and fake smiled as she looked at Lin. "Thanks for cheering me up the best you can...feel like throwing stuff at the moment though..Maybe I should just let my anger unleash...
