Unlike Home Ec, the Auto Shop saw more of Sawyer than any other classroom in the whole building. It was there that she had honed her surprisingly innate ability to create things out of thin air. Of course, as often as she was creating, she was also known for her proclivity to destroying the things she built within seconds of making it. That usually did not go over well with the teacher in charge but at least she knew Sawyer was careful about it.
It was from there that she was seen leaving, fiddling with the new necklace she had fashioned out of whittled wood and a string of leather she had frayed. Proud of her handiwork, she wasn't entirely aware of her surroundings, especially with her gigantic [on her small head, anyway] headphones on. It was like a surrounding-cancellation duo.
Because of her lack of attention to where she was going, it was no surprise that she didn't even see the person crashing into her, subsequently putting her into a deep sleep right then and there. Her necklace fell out of her hands and she laid on the floor face down.
Serves her right for not paying attention.
