Powers:Image Blur.
The ability to 'blur' her image, thus making it very hard for anyone to see her, unless of course they know where to look, and what to look for. It works best in dimly lit buildings, and if there is no sun outside. (Night time/stormy dark weather) She can blend her clothing as well, but the less she wears the better she can blur.
She begins to struggle to maintain her blurred image after an hour, and often she would be left feeling extremely weary, and ravenously hungry. Another apparent side-effect of her power is her general 'fuzziness'.

General Appearance: Reneta is pretty concerned with the way she looks. She thinks she's one of the best looking people she knows and will flaunt the way she looks. She thinks her height is pretty average, which she's thankful of, and as she's pretty conscious of her weight, there is no way in hell that she could be fat. She does work out a lot, and so Ren's pretty physically fit. Her muscles are all toned and defined, but not so she looks like strongest woman. She thinks women with muscles look horrible. She has a tanned skin tone, with help from a ridiculous amount of sun bathing, and self-tanning lotions. She hates the white look. She hates being pale. So she's not.
Reneta's often found wearing what she thinks looks good, which isn't necessarily what's in fashion. Her favorite types of clothing are jeans, and vest tops with a small jacket. She hates wearing baggy clothes, as they twist and tangle, and generally annoy the crap out of her. She will wear dresses, and quite often in the summer, the same with skirts, shorts and leggings. She hates trainers, and owns only one pair, which are for exercising in. She's also pretty conscious of her hair. She wears her hair in a variety of different styles, and will try not to have the same style more then once a week. Reneta love curls, and extensions, and often wears them. She's also big into make-up, and never go anywhere without at least mascara and eyeliner on.
Reneta has an oval, but slightly pointed face, with defined cheekbones. Her eyes, also oval, sit beneath narrow and shaped eyebrows, and are framed by a set of thick eyelashes. Her nose is quite long, and straight, and fits well with her chin. Her lips are full, and wide. Ren's hair frames her face, softening the pointed look to her chin.
Personality: Forgetful, rash, tactless, flirtatious, cunning, egotistic, aggressive, argumentative, and loyal. These are the words used to describe Reneta. Her forgetfulness is a side effect of her power. She tends to be a little fuzzy when it comes to anything she doesn't think is very important. For example, appointments, dates, homework. She doesn't particularly like school, she feels its a waste of time and effort on her part, and while she does attend lesson's, she doesn't really pay attention, and its pretty pointless trying to get her to actually do any work. This doesn't exactly make her look good in teachers eye's, but this doesn't really bother her. Her rashness is mostly shown through random decisions and actions. She'll suddenly sit up and declare to anyone that she wants to do this, or that, and she pretty much expects people to drop everything. She likes to live in the now, and very rarely considers
The consequences.
Reneta doesn't really understand the concept of 'little white lie'. She's truthful to the point of being very blunt. She'll tell you how it is, without sugar coating it first. She also expects the same treatment. She won't stand for people telling her something, even slightly untrue, just to spare her feelings. She believes she's untouchable when it comes to emotion. Not a lot ruffles her. She also doesn't think much of other peoples feelings. Things like sensitivity, tact, and such are pretty much non-existent to her.
Flirtation is a considered a great sport by Reneta. She loves to wind people up, and then leave them hanging. She will flirt with anyone, for any reason. She doesn't really communicate any other way with anyone, and a majority of the time, the flirting is purely habitual, and she doesn't even realize she's doing it. Boyfriends, and girlfriends have no meaning to her, she doesn't care if the person she is flirting with is with somebody or not, nor does she care if they flirt back or not. Despite not differentiating between the sexes when it comes to flirting, Reneta's only interested in females. She's not afraid to use her 'talents' to get what she wants either. She will manipulate, con, bribe, and scheme to get what she wants. Intimidation, is also something she will use for her advantage. She can come across very aggressive at times, and she doesn't give a damn. She'll argue with anyone, regardless of the consequences. The more they argue back, the more fun Reneta has.
Loyalty, is not something given by Reneta very often. She's completely loyal to two people only, Herself, and her father. She will do anything for her father, and he is the only person in her world that matters. She comes in close second, but she'll gladly put aside her own wants for her father. Her father wants the best from her, and she wants him to be happy. It's a relationship that works well for them both.

Family Ties
Father: Martin James Williams. Martin is 39 years old, and is a successful business man. Reneta doesn't know what business he's in, nor does she want to. She knows that work is his little escape, and she does not follow him.
Mother: Maria Parsons. Missing.
Siblings: None that Reneta knows of.
Any Other Important People:Her Grandmother, (deceased). Reneta also has a lot of pets a home, the list including dogs, snakes, and few lizards. However, her favorites are her Smith's Dwarf Chameleon, and her Sneaking.
History
It was stormy when Reneta was born, a lovely, rainy, windy foggy storm. She was born at 23.52 in Manchester, England, on the 19th of January 1994. Her mother was 17, and didn't want her. After Checking out of Hospital, Reneta and her mother took a trip to America. Reneta was one and a half weeks old.
Maria went to the bar in Vermont, where she met Reneta's father, left the baby on the counter, with a small note, and vanished. Reneta was soon discovered, and a few phone calls later, her father arrived. Her father was one Martin Williams. Martin was 23, and was quite surprised to find he had a little girl. Nether the less, he took her home to his mother, and a sound beating for him.
Reneta grew up in a big house, loved by her Grandmother, and her father. She was happy, and was given anything she could ever want or need. This was her Fathers way of trying to make up for her not having a mother.
At age 8, Reneta's grandmother died, and nice, graceful death of old age. Reneta was hurt, obviously, but her Grandmother had always told her that death was the next great adventure, so she recovered pretty quickly.
At age 9, She began to ask questions about her mother. She sorely missed the female company of her grandmother, and though she wondered where her mother was previously, she never felt as though she was missing out, so didn't ask. Her father spent the next year looking for her, but found nothing. The woman had simply vanished.
At age 10, Reneta was taught of her Father's past. Of Hammel Institute, of his power of Animal Control. She also learnt, that she may manifest in a power, but that her Father wasn't too sure. He didn't know whether or not Maria was Meta-human.
Reneta got her first pet at age 10. A black Labrador puppy. Reneta's Father had her name, train, and feed the puppy. She name him lucky, and he's still her number one guy. Other then her father of course.
At age 11, Reneta's power manifested. She was playing hide and seek with a neighbor, and had seriously won the game by hiding in the dark shade of a huge weeping willow. It took her Father 5 hours to find her, as she hadn't realized what she had done. After she had been found, Reneta passed out from sheer exhaustion, and when he came too, she ate pretty much everything in the house to replenish the energy she had used. Reneta's father had thrown her a party in celebration, though no-one really knew the reason. Reneta received a letter from Hammel not long after
The game of hide and seek, and she joined the school just after turning 12.
Reneta's time at Hammel started as it would anyone, minus the confusion and all that. She knew where she was and she knew it wasn't so bad. She made friends quickly, though she didn't make friends with anyone she thought prettier then her. Though undoubtedly, a few of her friends were prettier. She didn't particularly do well with academics, as she never had before, but she excelled in learning the use of her power. The length of time, (the first time she used it not counting) increased with practice and use, and the side effects lessened somewhat.
When Reneta started at Hammel, her Father took her on a spending spree spending over $1,000. Most of the money was spent on two new pets, a corn snake and a Smiths Dwarf Chameleon. She chose the Chameleon as it was close to her power.
The rest of her pets were accumulated while at Hammel.
