Visit any place in the world, where would you go?

Orlando, Florida. People always say like ‘Paris’, or ‘Rome’, or some fancy place like that, but I want to go to Orlando, Florida. Why? Because all of the amusement parks! You have Universal, and Disney world! And if you drive an hour to Tampa you have Busch gardens. I would ride every single ride till I grew old. Though Universal and Busch gardens is nothing compared to some other places that have rollercoasters, but Orlando you have a lot of rides in one place.



Oh! Another place would be Korea and/or Japan. I like the culture, it’s kind of fascinating, so is the food and of course the music.





Change one thing about yourself, what would it be?

My weight, it’s one of the things that I would like to change about myself. I’m not the thinnest girl in the school, and I kind of wish I was. I’m not chubby, but I am think, and I wish my stomach was flat…





Fly, where would you go and why?

Anywhere, and everywhere, seriously? What kind of vague question is this? I could see if it said ‘one place’ but yikes… Yeah, I would take a trip all over the world, shit; I would just take a road trip if I had the money. Why? Well I have always wanted to see the world, it’s so on my bucket list, and because why wouldn’t I?

For my family to have more money.

For people to love more and hate less (a lot less)

Magic? I really don’t know about this one. The magic that is of reality is fake… Where people would say being a meta is magic, I say it’s a gift from God.





Karma? Yes, I believe that if someone does something wrong that God will punish you, and if you do something right God will reward you.





Love at first sight? Yes, This might be my six year old heart talking but I do believe in love at first sight.





Life on other planets? I’m not really sure, I’m on the offence of it. I don’t really believe but I also don’t believe.. If that makes sense.. Half of me thinks that earth and Humans were made from God, God made Earth for us to survive… But on the other hand he also made us able to survive on Earth, so why couldn’t he do the same on other planets? I also wonder what the purposes of the other planets are and when I think about that, it makes me wonder if there is life on other planets.





Miracles? Yes, mostly because I believe in God, and I believe that he can make all sorts of things happen, and in turn we call those miracles.





Ghosts?

I do believe in this, just because I believe that not everyone goes to Heaven or Hell…





Luck?

No, I think luck is just something that Man/woman created to explain something that might happen that we can’t actually explain. Things that happen just happen, or we have a way to control the outcome of something happening, if someone gets in a car crash that wasn’t bad luck, it’s the outcome of someone being irresponsible.

I don’t wish, I pray, so I guess I pray on stars? I do most of my praying at night while looking at the stars…

Yes, do I really have to explain this one? Expect the part where you either go to hell, or Heaven.

When I came out to my best friend, she questioned my beliefs and I didn’t know how to respond.



What’s your school like

It’s alright. I mean it’s Hammel, it’s like a school for ‘privileged’ people ain’t it? Or ‘gifted’ whatever term you want to use without actually saying the correct one. It’s like any other school, just a lot bigger. It’s cool to be living in a dorm though, and living pretty much by myself. I have to admit I do miss my family. I came to Hammel when I was fourteen. I’ve been practicing my power, which has been hard to say the least, but that’s alright.



How many languages do you speak? English and, Spanish



What do you fear the most?

That my family might end up on the streets.



What was the most exciting moment of your life?

When my powers manifested, because of my power it feels like I have more than just one power. Which is pretty cool, oh and coming to Hammel that was pretty exciting as well.



What was the most frightening moment of your life?

Watching walking dead…

And realizing I had to leave my family to go to the meta school.



Who has had the most influence in your life?

Everyone in my family, namely my mom; because all of them work so hard and struggle so much, and love so much that they are all my inspiration, and influence me a lot.



Do you have a secret?

I don’t really let people know that my family doesn’t have a whole lot of money to their name.

When did you go through whatever made you supernatural? What was it like (in your opinion)?



When I was twelve, I was playing soccer with a few friends, I was face to face with one, and I suddenly had this overwhelming reflex because when I got the ball and moved away from one person I almost ran face first into another one of my friends playing the game. I say almost because I had dodged him just in time. But I had never had that type of reflexes.



It was actually really cool… I knew I had a meta power, because that was just unnatural.. But yet at the time it felt so natural. Two day later someone from Hammel came for me, told me I was a meta, and brought me to Hammel.





What do you think now of being supernatural? Is it cool, or have you been screwed?

At first I had thought I had been screwed, because I just thought I had enhanced reflexes. Once I got to Hammel I meant so many other people I thought had cooler abilities. But I started doing track, I believe a week? After I came to Hammel. While running I started running faster than everyone else and faster than I had ever ran before in my life. That’s when I knew my power was much more than just enhanced reflexes. Some specialized staff was able to figure out just what power I had, and it’s animal mimicry! So now I kind of feel better about that.



I guess it does make sense, I was thinking about how fast a cheetah could run, when I was on track. And I was thinking about cats for some reason when I was playing soccer.. Now I can control it enough where I don’t randomly use my power while doing sports, I still have slip ups though.. Whoops!

Sky, Cosima looks like she'll be interesting addition to Hammel, but she requires some edits before she can be accepted.

First, animal mimicry can work in a few different ways and should have specific limitations and side effects listed. While you make a reference to thinking about animals in vague terms, this should be clarified insofar as how it works. Is it any animal no matter what? Is it limited to cat mammals? Does she have to have seen them before? Does she have to focus on the type of ability she wants to mimic? How long does it last?

Second, you make reference to her religious beliefs a few times in the application. Is she Catholic? Is she practicing? This seems to be an important part of her character, since you say she doesn't want to be judged only for that or her sexual orientation. But I don't have a good sense of how this affects her. Or the culture shock, for that matter; Vermont is very different from most Latin American cultures. How is the culture shock affecting her, if at all? And, is she LGBT and is that why you make reference to her sexuality?

Third, you make reference to her family being poor and her missing them. But you don't give many other details about her family or home life prior to Hammel. What was her life like? Was her family big? Did everyone work? Did they grow up surrounded by other people of similar means, or were they the poorest in the area? What did she have access to? Are there other metas in her family that she would assume that some extra agility (which, in the scheme of things is a subtle power) automatically meant that she was meta-human?

Fourth, if the agility came from thinking of cats, why did it take so long for her or Hammel officials to realize it was animal mimicry and not additional agility?

Lastly, she will need a new play by, as someone else has a prior claim on Demi Lovato.
