About the Character
Character Name: Seth Rivers
Age: 18
Powers: Player's choice
Suggested Play-bys: Player's choice
Other Important Info: This is Cici's older brother. Him and Cici were extremely close when they were younger, however, when Seth was 14 (Cici 12) their parents divorced, and Seth chose to live with Cici's father, despite Cici's begging for him to stay with her and her mother. For reasons unknown to Cici (up to the player), Seth cut off all communication with her when he moved, not replying to any letters, and never picking up when she called, or anything. Even when she went to visit her father, Seth always made sure he wasn't at home. The lack of communication from him and his lack of presence in her life is the reason she got depression.
I would like to RP a first meeting between the two in years, but for that to be possible, Seth would have just had to transfer to Hammel from another gifted school (No preference which).

What plots, if any, do you have in mind? First meeting after years, probably a bit of angst and inner conflict. Cici would be overjoyed at seeing her brother for the first time in years, but, at the same time, she would be hurt at the fact that he never contacted or replied to her, even going out of his way not to see her. Likewise, Seth may or may not be happy at seeing his little sister, whom he adored when younger, but cut off communication with as they got older.
How often do you need this character to post? Flexible here. Occasionally is fine, but often is even better ;P
Do you have any other needs or restrictions regarding this request? Not that I can think of.
