Friends
Having recently arrived from England, all of Evie's friends are far, far away. She'd like to change that, and her sarcasm and casual disregard for rules (as long as nobody gets hurt) can make this easy, or very difficult.

Lovers
Not something Evie's looking for at the moment, although that isn't to say it couldn't happen. She has intimacy issues and distrusts romantic gestures. She's a bit of a prude as far as casual sex with strangers goes (ie. not interested) but a close friend with mutual sexual attraction would likely be a different story.

Enemies
Definitely plausible, Evie isn't one to mince her words and blunt honesty isn't always appreciated. Failing that, miscommunication and misunderstandings can pave the way to all sorts of hatred.

[Dr. Sean Neville]

Hello, Opis! Welcome to Hammel.

I play only one character, Doctor Sean Neville, but he and Evie would get along in one way or another, I think. Sean is about fifteen years her senior and has been with Hammel for nearly twenty-five years as the school psychiatrist. He is patient, steady, and telepathic, so that he doesn't have miscommunication issues often.

Additionally, I need to work out timeline with you, but I think Evie would have graduated right before Sean began working there, so they might have missed each other.

He is also in a committed relationship and so there would be no attempts to hit on her whatsoever.

What do you think?

Hello Opis! Let's plot!

I have Derek, who would have been a student at Hammel at the same time as Evie. He is also a doctor who lost his license a few years back, but now works in medical insurance. He's also a bit(a lot) of a charmer and would love to hit on Evie(and I would love for him to get slapped), though that might depend on if we want to have them know(or have been aware) of each other in high school or not. Depending on if he knew her well, he may or may not recognize her.

Anyway, what do you think?

Howdy Opis!

So, I'm terrible with plots and such, but I have this wonderful fella here. Joey....Well, he's a bit of a flirt. Not a bad one and backs off the moment someone seems uninterested. Except for his playful (constantly) flirting. All in all, he's a good guy, and Hammel's drama teacher. Not sure how they would know each other and such, but it's a thought.

From my maths (admittedly not the best), Evie would have left in 1990, the same year Sean arrived. It's hit and miss but I reckon there's a chance they knew each other from then. Whether that's the case or not, I think they would get on quite well. If that is the case, I can see her going to him for help with her recent domestic issues, although she probably wouldn't if they were complete strangers.

Ah, that sounds like it could work quite nicely. I doubt Evie'd be the slapping type, but a strongly-worded 'it's never gonna happen' speech would be right up her alley if he didn't back down after the first 'no'. I think I'd prefer it if they did know each other from before, at least a little as it would make things more interesting. If they both went in to medicine they might have taken science classes together or something.

I suppose the simplest way for them to meet would be at the school. I do think it would be interesting if they met somewhere else though, and didn't realise they were both metas/Hammel staff until later on (either in the thread or when they bump in to each other at Hammel at some point later). Let me know what you think.

Well.....what kind of student was Evie? Like the dedicated, always has to get things done to perfection type(that's what Derek was)? Because if she were anything like that, or simply did well, then there could have been some competition between them in HS(or Derek would have competed while she ignored him idk). He probably hit on her then too. I think it'd be funnier if they DID know each other from HS, but he still didn't recognize her until after she turned him down and gave him the "it's never gonna happen" speech.

It's a bit touch and go in terms of the timeline due to when graduation is.

However, he is always available to help with that type of situation. He places a high degree of importance on healthy relationships. Also, due to being a telepath, he would know either way.
