Surprisingly, it was rare for Fifi to make the conscious decision to skip class. Granted, she was hardly ever on time for anything…mostly because she didn’t care, but that didn’t mean she was doing it on purpose. Today was different. Today was Fifi’s mental health day and Chemistry class just didn’t seem like it was worth it. Oliver did all of her homework anyway (if she played her cards right), so why bother? Fifi had instead opted for a nice walk in the courtyard, the brisk autumn breeze catching her short black hair and tousling it like a loving uncle.
Fifi’s outfit was, for once, tailored for the weather. While the rascally young girl truly approved of showing her skin, it was a wee bit too cold for that sort of thing. Instead she opted for jeans and a slouchy sweater, boots and a sideways blue beret that managed to stay on despite the wind once she secured it with a bobby pin. Though she practically swam in the large emerald green sweater, the garment hanging off one of her thin shoulders, a wide black belt cinched it around her waist, at least alerting the world that there was indeed a girl under all that fabric. The point was, Fifi was cozy and warm, and feeling rather cute.
Having selected a tree close to the scholastic building of Hammel campus, Fifi flopped down and dug in her purse for a cigarette. Producing one out the pack, she lit it and took a long dragged, smiling smugly at her own construction of what would turn out to be a perfect day. Other students milled about on the lawn, talking, socializing, and being generally uninteresting. For now Fifi was content to watch them, but she couldn’t say how long it would be before she decided to interfere…just to make things fun.
