Savvy was, of all the unspeakable things in this world, bored. She still had half an hour left on her break, and nothing to do. She did not handle these sorts of situations well. Luckily, she knew just the medicine she needed to fix this problem. She took one last, long drag of her cigarette before putting it out in the snow and flicking the butt into a trashcan. She marched inside, so intent on her goal she forgot to stomp the snow out of her boots before tramping down the hall. Her slushy trail led right into the maintenance closet. She came back out with something under her arm, and stomped right back outside, smudging her incoming tracks as she went. She went into the middle of the courtyard, put her load down, fiddled with it, and then stood back.
She had gone in for her heavy duty, battery powered, water resistant am/fm radio. She cranked it up to full blast since classes were already out for the day, and of all the songs to come on it was "Dancing with Myself". Oh Billy Idol, you are a man of genius. Well, who was she to turn away from fate? She started dancing. With herself. She wasn't exactly good at it, but what she lacked in skill she made up for in enthusiasm. She jumped and twisted, rocked and rolled, and did all those generally appropriate dancing things. She also sang along, loudly and obnoxiously.
Staff and students had begun to stop and stare at her insane attempt at dancing, but Savvy wasn't one to care about such trivial things. She was having fun, and that was all that mattered! Most people left after a few moments, but one student had been staring at her for at least ten seconds. Long enough for Savvy to get an idea, that is. "~Dancing with myself, oh oh! Dancing with myself.~" She leaped over to where the kid was standing, grabbed their hand, and pulled them into her little circle of exuberance. "Dance!" She commanded, laughter in her voice. "~If I had the chance I'd ask the world to dance, If I had the chance I'd ask the world to dance, dancing with myself!~ "
[OOC: This is open to absolutely anyone who would be on campus, especially students. Feel free to threadjack, this is a great person to throw shy students at because she's the anti-shy!]
