Hey everyone! So, I came here prepared with two characters. And, HOPEFULLY (knock on wood) it'll remain with just two. If I edit this with about three more characters lined up in a month or two, I'm giving permission for someone to find and hit me in the face. But for the time being, WE HAVE...



VERILL MATTHEWS

The Schemer. Seventeen Years Old. Asexual. Retrocognition.

Borderline sociopath. He likes screwing everyone's shit up just for the sake of it. Remorseless in all his exploits, the brunette's constantly scheming new ways to make someone miserable. But it's not like he's going to walk up to you saying "Hi I'm Verill, and I'm going to make your life a living hell!" He masks his misanthropy with a quiet, warm exterior. He'll make you think he's your best friend while positioning the knife at your back. Kind of a sneaky prick like that. If someone's just as hateful of people as he is, he might open up to them and make "partnerships" with them. The only way he'd become a true friend is if someone did something... enormously helpful for him. Like, "I just saved your life even after you tried to get me expelled. You are now my bitch Let's be friends!" kind of situation.

Verill's a dead-end when it comes to relationship possibilities. Entirely uninterested in them, or any of the hanky-panky involved. The most you can wrench out of him is the life-debt mega friendship, which even then he'd want to hide away from the public.

In regards to rp ideas, if you want someone to cause some massive drama for your character, Verill's only too happy to help. The mustachio'd villain to the Spanish soap. Or, if you wanna form some kinda evil duo/trio thing, I'm all ears!




HOWELL CHILTON

The Dreamer. Sixteen Years Old. Homosexual. Dreamwalking.

Spacey loon. Howell's got a very loose grip on reality. He tends to look like he's off in his own world, staring off at nothing in particular and spouting comments that come out of nowhere. However, he tries his best to be an attentive friend to everyone, no matter who they are. A good person to go to when you just want to talk about your day (odds are, he probably won't register half the things told to him, but he offers advice and a nice word for what he does hear). The only time he's actually serious is if things are bad. Because of his dreamwalking ability, Howell's usually pretty tired throughout the day, and enjoys his naps. The blonde's also ridiculously optimistic/idealistic. The kind that's perpetually smiling and shrugging off insults. Loves art.

The possibility of a love-relationship is there, but it's just that Howell isn't as caught up in kissing and playing the Bed Bouncing Game as most other teens. He's pretty content with just holding hands and skipping through the park (maybe literally). If it starts to go sour, he won't mind splitting up at all.

Roleplay-wise, I'm in favor for settings taking place in characters' dreams. I've got a pretty big fanboner after watching Paprika recently, so all sorts of things can result from that. It'd be a good time to really explore characters' unconscious depths. In the real world, he can be thrown into a bunch of different scenarios, as the happy oddball friend who drags you along into all sorts of weird situations, or vice versa.


... SO. Thoughts? Suggestions? Tomatoes?

I can totally see dream setting threads with these two. It could be really funny, or sad, because Therru is such a closed person. :3

Okay, so Theo is a pretty sad, mean, grumpy person. Anyt threa with them together is sure to be full of hilarity. Mostly because Theo would be like "wtf are you doing in my dreams?!"

VERILL.X.THEO

Like I said before, Theo is a grumpy person. So a villian matchup would provide interesting results.

VERILL.X.AKI

Aki is....um...well, she's a bitch when she wants to be, and she doesn't like other people asserting power. So I could see a shouting match between these two and possibly being on the forever.enemies list. :3

Howell would be all over trying to make Therru more of a happy social butterfly! Maybe a step-by-step program in her head with... mediocre planning that could either lead to success or complete failure. I think these two would make for good friends : D

HOWELL .X. THEO

I can totally see this leading to fun times all around. Howell would be all,

on him all the time. xD And I imagine Howell would get hurt pretty often when not watching where he's going, so a visit from the doc with a "Hey, I remember you!" would be plenty awkward.

VERILL .X. THEO

Verill would probably see something of an intellectual equal in the good doctor. They could probably spend their time playing chess, discussing how stupid everyone else is while Verill tries to steal some medical records for blackmail on people. Or, establish a sort of "you scratch my back, I'll scratch yours," when dealing with people they really don't like. I imagine he'd be a kind of bad influence on Theo, encouraging his grumpiness and such. D:

VERILL .X. AKI

Oh gawsh. A telepath. The bane of Verill's existence. Once he knows he's dealing with one of them, he kinda just drops the act altogether, and tries to find any way possible to make them not tell everyone about how he really is. Definitely a big spark of hate could erupt between these two probably with Aki whoopin' Verill's ass cuz he can't fight worth a crap.

I'm pretty excited by all these possibilities!

Almost everyone in Hammel said that Beret. (that being the whole “I’ll only limit myself to X number of characters” thing). Well, at least I did. And look at what happened to me now. MOOHAHAHA.

Verill and Zac
Yeaaaup. I’d totally want to see how our plans over PMs (at least about their interaction) would work. Mostly because PM-plans for Zac tend to go waaaay of course when threads happen. And no, it’s not entirely a bad thing. :B. Heehee. And yes, he’d call him Anton. I tried persuading him but Zac just won’t budge.^^.

Howell and Jared
Jared’s pretty much like Howell – optimistic, waaaay off at times most of the time and just plain odd. I personally think they’d get along great, with the each of the boy’s energies just reinforcing the other until they explode with rainbows and unicorns. Looool. But yeah, I think they’d get along great, though Jared would try to keep Howell awake as much as he can. I’d also like to see how Howell will do in Jared’s dreams; they’re mighty spazzy. >.<. Heehee.

Eeeep. So yeah, those are the two I have for the moment. I also have Romeo, Ethan and Mason on the side, but muse isn’t back a hundred percent (but it’s getting there, I can feel it!) so I miiiight hit you up again soon. Heehee. Good God the amount of spazztastic happiness is going to give the entire school migranes/diabetes. xD Oh they'll definitely be great friends! My brain's on derp right now so I can't think of what specific antics they could get into. And spazzy dreams are the best sorta dreams. Let's the imagination go wiiiild~ I think it'd be fun to have these two meeting for the first time, just to help grow the friendship out from scratch.

I could see them being friends. Abbey wouldn't mind his spaceyness at all. As long as he didn't mind hers. Or her tendency for trouble-making. I am also definitely okay with him wandering around her dreams. She will probably be a bit freaked out at first, but get over it.

Verill and Noah

Noah is very passive and a romantic thinker. I don't think she'd ever approach him really so unless he caught wind of just how sheltered and innocent she was and wanted to mess with her (which actually could be fun) i don't know if they'd be friends. She'd probably fear him.

Howell and Noah

This could be potentially really interesting as Noah's mind and dreams tend to be flooded with other people's memories mixed in with some of her own. This is part of the reason Noah is so passive and doesn't open up much but might make him a friend she might feel like she can trust. She'd also appreciate his personality and optimistic personality.

Too true. But if you ever want to throw in some dark drama for her, Verill's always there! He'd find her memory manipulating ability pretty useful, anyway. BUT. One of the side effects to his power is that he forgets parts of his past, and replaces them with false (often much darker) memories. So if he ever learned that, and her condition, he miiight be more sympathetic towards her.

Howell and Noah

Oh Howell would definitely take a liking to her. He takes a liking to everyone, but he'd really like her way of thinking and outlook on life. xD He'd also be up to trying to sort out what memories are hers and which aren't in her dreams, if that tickles your fancy. And if you're wanting a more serious mood, I can see him opening up and confessing his stupid secret wish to escape from reality sometimes.

Cat..
For some reason I see Verill not liking her at all. Maybe even bullying her. i think it would be fun to play out if he wanted to. Be warned though that Cat is tough, she is used to bullying and has a numerous amount of books ready to throw. Though their powers are semi similar, even if in actuality they aren't.


Howell on the other hand... I can see him bugging her. Bugging her to be more social and out there. Cat will politely refuse him and say no, she is fine in her library. Cat often has nightmares of the past, so if he entered one of her dreams she wouldn't know quite what to do. He would get the way she is, and understand it, but with his attitude he wouldn't give up. Once he found out though Cat would want him to leave her alone. Permanently.

Verill is setting himself up for a shouting match if these two ever met. She is stubborn and crazy and mad most of the time. She is pretty laid back, that is until you cross her. Verill wouldn't win in an argument against her and she would most likely send the winds after him if he ever hurt anyone she liked. I don't think that they would get along ery well. Avi is tricky...
