Yes, as much as Oriel would not like to admit it and would rather deny until he was blue in the face, the lazy little brat was working hard on his skillz which had degenerated to being mere skills over the past couple years of non-use. Oriel liked being able to do things, hated not being able to do things, liked being able to show off, but hated putting in the effort to be good at them.
Needless to say, the floofy headed boy was pretty cranky this morning as he shuffled out of his dorm in his sweats and worn t-shirt to go get a few nauseating hours of practice in before the rest of the world woke up.
There was a particular routine that Oriel used to do with a bunch of dudes on the street back in NYC that he wanted to try working and piecing together again. Yeah, there was practice involved, they'd get together for a couple of "rehearsals", but it was mostly just a big jam fest and was definitely more unrefined than any of the stuff that his oh-so-dear dance teacher would have him do.
But first, Oriel had to be able to pull off some of those stunts again without pulling a muscle or falling on his head. So, for the time being, he was checking his balance, arching his back stiff while he stood on his hands and slowly swung his legs around. He'd lose it for a moment, falling either forward or back onto his feet, but then the boy would simply pop himself right back up.
That's where he was at when he realized that someone else was in the auditorium "watching" him. "'sup, teach?" he uttered with a mild strain in his voice as he tried to not lose his concentration.
