Reopening Next Steps

Hello, everyone! I apologize for the gap. I have some RL health matters that take up time, but here I am.
Now that we have a core group for the site renewal, let's talk next steps.
1. On top of archiving all of the old threads, I've updated claims lists and did a massive retiring of older characters and sweep of profiles and accounts. If your character was accidentally retired, or you've changed your mind about who to keep, post here or PM me so I can fix that for you.
2. If you want to change your character, repost their old applications as a new thread and then make whatever changes you want so I can review it.
3. Check all of the claims to make sure I didn't lose you in the sweeps. If you want to age up a character or have them moved, post in the appropriate thread so I can fix that for you. We need to redo the dorms since we have only a couple of students.
4. Anyone who is good at graphics, I think this calls for a new advertising graphic and/or a new header.
5. Photobucket is terrible and took away the option to hotlink to forums. So anyone using them for graphics needs to find a new home. (This includes me.) Suggestions are welcome!
6. Since we have so few characters in positions, I think this is a great opportunity to create some board NPCs to fill in gaps until we have more characters. If you have an NPC idea, post it here.
7. We're going to do the town faire as a side plot now that we're up and running. Expect an intro post in the next day or two.
8. If you aren't changing your characters and pending review, feel free to post up some threads! Let's all get our feet wet!
9. I want an NPC animator to create some living scarecrows to walk around town and create some mischief. I won't force this on anyone, but I miss good, old-fashioned Hammel absurdity. Is anyone else in?
