Bryan laughed," All the more reason to meet her. You know I'm related to you, right? If I'm ugly then that means your ugly too." Bryan would always put something back on his brother, but his brother didn't really mean it, right?

Bryan would probably get a call from his mom and if she asked and she probably would, Bryan would probably tell her everything except for the girlfriend thing. He wanted that to be his secret.

Sam looked downright offended at that. "Hey. Hey hey hey. No. I got the looks in the family, Bry. You got..." His feeble braincells tried hard to think of a good insult. "You got all the attention in the freaking family. That's better than being a sex god." Yes, he was still sulking. A little bit. "You ain't meeting Spence. Ever." Not if he could help it, anyway. Vincent... well... even he had limits. He wasn't so sure his best friend needed to corrupt his brother.

His mother might really kill him, then.

Sadly, most of Sam's family knew about his girlfriend. He'd gloated to his parents, and his older brother. His sisters had just warned him to be nice, and Kevin hadn't seemed to care. He'd avoided telling Bryan for exactly this reason. "How long have you been here, anyway? And who did your recruitment?" A grin lit up on his face. "Was it a hot chick with looong brown hair? She's a babe."

" You're lying. You got attention too." Bryan never saw it how Sam did and will always argue that it doesn't happen.

"I don't really know who recruited me. Mom just called the school. Don't you have a girlfriend that I'm not supposed to meet that you can call a babe." Bryan gave a laugh. Sam made it easy to laugh. " I haven't been here for long but that pizza was sure good."

Sam snorted and shook his head. "Only until you were born, brat." He half suspected that if Dr. Neville just happened to walk by at this point, he'd probably have to have further conversations with him, and not just about his history with certain substances. That would just be his luck.

"Oh." That wasn't nearly as fun. "There's a lot of babes around here, bro. My math teacher is fine." Even if she'd been grumpy lately. "And don't even think about talking to them. You're too young to date. ... Ever." The longer he could keep his baby brother and his hormones at bay, the better. "And if a goth kid comes up to you for anything, just kick him in the nuts and run." Maybe he'd better be more specific. ... Then again, most of the goth kids were pretty antisocial. His best friend was the exception. "It's probably just Vin. He's my best friend, and not someone you wanna be friends with." Just because he disliked his brother more often than he liked him didn't mean that he was going to throw him to a wolf like Vincent.

" Are you attracted to every living girl here, Sam" Bryan joked trying to get a reaction from his brother. Bryan had seen a lot of hot girls on his way in and couldn't wait until he could show some off his charms. "Should I be warning your girlfriend?"

"I can take care of my self but ill keep that in mind if he comes up. What's with the warning? I thought he was your friend." Bryan was confused about Vincent. First, Sam said he was a good guy but now he was warning him away.

Sam scoffed and shook his head. "Not all of 'em. Just... most of 'em." He offered a lopsided grin. "No harm in looking, so long as you don't touch." And no one told your girlfriend that there had been some looking. "I'd never cheat on Spence, dude. She's too awesome." He would never, ever hurt Spencer.

Vincent... well, Vincent tended to be a double edged sword. There were times he could be an amazing friend, and there were times he could be a grade A asshole. Sam spent as much time fighting with him as he did being friends with him. There was no way he was going to let Vincent near Bryan, though. Yes, he was awesome, but he didn't trust his best friend.

Especially after the amount he'd just bitched and moaned about the fact his baby brother was joining them.

"He's my best friend. But he also likes fireworks and stabbing himself and forgets people can't heal like he can." He waved his arm to prove a point, as there was still a thin scar from his first few years at Hammel. "I broke my wrist when he thought it was a good idea to ride a skateboard behind a truck. Together. He thought it was hilarious." Vincent also did a great number of other things, especially when they got drunk together, but Bryan didn't need to know those. It was almost shocking how much he had to edit what he told his brother, because if things got back to his mother... it would be so many levels of Not Good.

Bryan didn't know what to about both his brother's answers. How could he be warned off of his brother's friend? If Sam hung out with him why shouldn't he? "Okay?" Of course Bryan would probably ignore every warning Sam told him and do it anyways because of course If Sam did it why can't Bryan.

"What is there to do here? Please tell me it isn't boring." Bryan was tired of being home alone with his parents. All they focused on was him and he was glad to be away. Although he did get away with everything back home, even if he had no one to blame it on.

Sam eyed his brother, trying very hard to project the same stern older brother look he'd gotten from Kevin growing up. "You better. Or else." Or else what, he wasn't quite 100% on, but he'd think of something good. "Vin's a hazard to your health." And your sanity. And safety. And about a dozen other things that his mother would probably kill him over. Especially if he let Bryan at them.

Do? Sam smirked and leaned back in his chair. "There's lots of stuff to do. Sports, clubs, pinball in the student lounge. There's also stuff to do around town. If you're not a pain in the ass about it, I'll take you." Eventually. When he had nothing better to do. "What do you want to do?"

" Yah, yah I'll watch out." More like search for the guy. Bryan had to find what his brother was talking about. There was no way he was going to leave this alone not even his brother paid him.

" I don't know what I want to do right now. It's just weird I can go where ever I want!" Bryan was so going everywhere he possibly could and he was not taking a break. plus he had to figure out this power. Did it have to hurt every time? Could he make his whole body change? Could he punch through a brick wall and it not hurt? Either way he was so trying that.

Right, like that would work. Sam had practically invented that tone, and while he was ever so slightly proud that Bryan had picked it up and utilized it, well... it wasn't going to fly. He fixed his brother with a look. "I mean it, Bry. Promise. Pinky promise." In as menacing a way he could, he held out his hand, pinky first.

Still, his enthusiasm made him smile. "Yeah, that's the fun part." Granted, he'd been older, so freedom hadn't been that new upon his arrival to Hammel. Unfortunately, he'd taken that freedom and run hard with it. He might have given up smoking pot, but he still drank with Vincent on the weekends, if his friend was available. "Tell you what. After classes, if you're good, maaaaaybe I'll take you for a joyride in the car. Let you see the town." He had to cover his ass somehow by being nice, even if it was only a little. Then maybe Bryan would forget about his trips to Dr. Neville, or Vincent. He could hope.

Bryan pinky promised, but he couldn't remember a time where Sam actually followed through on a pinky promise. Then again his brother had never really warned him to avoid someone.

Sam had even made a car ride sound like he was doing something illegal. "Yah sure Sam. " In the inside he was shouting for joy and making as much racket as possible, but all he did was smile. Anything he could do with his brother was a prize in his eyes, but it would be an accomplishment if it actually happened. Bryan would remind his brother every single day or hour until It happened.

Sam was taking this remarkably seriously. Of course, letting Bryan get himself into trouble on his watch was probably just asking for a long-winded lecture from his mother about looking out for him, blah blah blah. It was better to just try to threaten him into listening. And if he broke that promise... he'd probably end up with another lecture from his mother.

Quite honestly, Sam driving could be scary at times, but he still took it seriously. He had taken driver's ed. He saw the awful things that could happen if you were an idiot. It had been easier since he'd stopped smoking, too. Drinking, well... he usually hid his keys somewhere, or got Spencer to hold them. But taking Bryan for a short joyride? He could do that. If he was good. "One car ride, that's it. Then you're leaving me alone, got it?"

The more his brother warned him to stay away the more Bryan really wanted to find this guy. Bryan would go searching later and hopefully find him but for now he was going to get a joyride with his brother and that was awesome.

Bryan didn't care if his brother was a good driver or not. He just wanted to go fast like he wasn't allowed to with mom. He didn't have his license yet and going fast was all he had to look forward too. He practically shouted," Got it," into his brother's face. He was so not leaving his brother alone, but at least it would last for a day and that's all Sam could hope for.

Sam should have known better, really. If Kevin had warned him away from any of his friends, Sam probably would have gone out of his way to find them and harass them. Perhaps he should have stuck to something like 'Oh, Vincent is really boring. Like, library nerd boring. No fun at all.' While that might have been the biggest lie he'd ever told, it might have prevented Bryan from thoughts of finding him.

The pyro swatted at his brother as he more or less yelled at him. "Shut up, Bry, or you're not going anywhere." He didn't want to deal with a loud creature beside him. Maybe he'd make him ride in the backseat, or something. "I said if you're good, dipshit. Don't yell."
