Elisia listened to him, his explanation following the same way her thoughts had gone, but with a different idea. Elements instead of attitudes, it definitely made sense to her, but then again she always had thought of things in her own different way. "Perfect sense actually. I can see where you were headed with it and honestly it makes more sense than my explanation," She said with a smile. It was funny how they both didn't make sense to themselves or other people, but they both understood each other.
"Yeah, both of them. That was how they met, through one of the dance classes they were both taking," Let him digest that for a moment. It always scared her telling people about her fathers because people all reacted in different ways. But the same general cliques reacted the same. Which clique did he belong to though? The jocks, or the performers? Of course he could be involved in both, but his attitude reflected more of the performers than the jocks. Ellie was worried he'd react the same as all of the homophobic jocks usually did though. In which case, he'd probably shun her and never speak with her again.
"And I don't believe I was meant to dance, I just think I was meant to be a performer of whatever kind I could be. That's just how I was raised I guess," She said with a shrug. And if he didn't like it, she'd make it easy on him and leave.
Elisia nodded when he set her down and chewed on her lower lip, "Are we done dancing already?" She asked, looking up shyly. She really hoped they weren't, it would be sad if they were. His next words had her arching an eyebrow and tilting her head. And as he tripped over his words, she giggled. "Well thanks, I'm glad I'm not fat. And you did really well considering you haven't done it in a while. Very nice technique, my mom would book you in a second," She said with a smile.
