"Yeah, I know," River replied with a nod, rubbing the back of his head. "It just seems like that's what drives a lot of people my age. I don't get it." He blushed a bit as Zack talked about sex being great, and tried not to think about it too much. "I hope so," he agreed, trying to hide his embarrassment with a laugh. He felt a bit weird now, but pushed aside those thoughts. "Well, um, it'd be cool if you could meet her then, because I'm not sure what to do at this point," he mumbled. "And it sounds like you have the experience to help me out!" He tried to stay cheerful, which was usually easy for him, but he was thrown totally off-balance by this conversation. "That would be amazing," he beamed. "I'll let her know."
He covered a giggle as Zack snapped at him, unable to hide his amusement. "It sounds like it is..." he murmured a bit quietly, but took note that Zack seemed to want to drop the subject, so he did. He was definitely going to see if he could help this work out though, because if the two boys were as into each other as he thought... It just didn't make sense that they weren't together. "Alright, boss!" he grinned, giving a salute. "What's first on our schedule today?" He was still thinking about Mia and the other potential relationship, but he was determined to focus on training now.
