Mia rolled her eyes, a little jealous that he was having a lot more fun than she was, then again she really wasn’t trying either. How could she, when they kept fighting? Then again, she wasn’t trying not to fight with him either. She took a deep breath, as she closed her eyes, trying to forget that she actually did hate this guy, for pretty good reasons.
Mia raised an eyebrow at being called pinkie pie, which was probably something he had not wanted to say in front of Oriel, but it didn’t seem like he knew what he had just said. “Someone apparently watches my little pony. I didn’t think you were the type to.” She smirked, shaking her head, she thought she was way more like Twilight Sparkle anyways, though if she said that she would be egotistical, and that was the last thing she was. “Oak leaves. I think I saw some that way.” She pointed in a direction where she remembered seeing them when hanging out with Rain. She only knew because the younger girl had pointed them out.
She got to the few trees that she remembered were oak trees. They were near a ravine, but she didn’t think anything of it. One of the trees that she decided to get the leaf from was a lot closer to the edge than she would have ever thought. ”See! I was right, I’m glad I remembered.” She didn’t realize this till it was too late. She stretched to reach a least a few leaves, being five foot and two inches, was a very bad weakness sometimes. She had to stand on her tippy toes, she was able to grab a handful of leaves, but as she relaxed she side stepped, and in doing so her foot met the edge of the ravine. She slipped and fell down the ravine. She hit the bottom of the ravine with a thud, and a very loud and painful scream that had escaped her lips. She had fallen on her leg a very wrong way, and heard a crack before she had screamed. Tears found their way onto her cheeks, tears of pain. She had never broken any of her bones before, so this was a first, and not a first she liked either.
