Safia glanced around as Marc seemed to struggle to decide what she was into. She was about to ask something else when the girl dove across her bed from a sketchbook or three. "Drawing?" she repeated with a smile. "I... I sculpt, so I guess we're both artistic." Several of her works littered her own room, mostly little dragon figurines and such. Safia glanced at the drawings Marc showed her and nodded appreciatively. "Those look really good," she said softly, her gaze eventually rising past the girl's still-bare chest to her face again. "I... I can show you my work sometime if you'd like."
Safia snorted a bit. "Fun game," she said sarcastically. But, whatever... If Marcus was okay with it, then she wouldn't complain anymore. And she was thankful for her willingness to tell them to lay off of Safia herself. "Thanks, I appreciate it," she said. Even if Safia did enjoy tearing men's egos down to size.
And she sure did feel invasive. Safia felt a little disgusted with herself, actually, for acting like that. But it was over and done with and Marc seemed okay with it all, so that was what mattered, right? "If you say so," she said meekly, fiddling uncertainly with her hands. She nodded and was about to leave when Marc suggested they... "Do something?" she repeated, eyes going slightly wide. "Oh! Um, s... Sure, why not? "Maybe... Maybe we could go to an art store or something," she suggested. "I think there's one... Downtown? Near the mall?" Did she sound too eager to meet this girl again? "I mean, just an idea..."
