September-October Event: Power Swap!

Well, the scheduled event for September and October was going to be a field trip to a beach resort for a week. But thanks to Hurricane Irene (Yes, Hammel canon) we're going to have to do something else. So we have decided to resurrect an old hit: Power Swap!
How this works: If you are interested in having your character's power swapped, post in this thread! I will reassign powers to characters. No, you do not get to choose the new power. They might be random, but they also might be whatever I think will be the most fun.
Characters will wake up on day 1 of the event with their new power. All threads involved in this event must have "Power Swap" at the beginning and must be reported and linked to in this thread.
Notes on powers: The characters will be subjected to the new side-effects and will have a similar level of mastery as their swap.
Anyway, if you want in on this, please sign up with the characters you want to play in this. As always, this is a voluntary event. Power assignments will be given out on September 7, and the event will last from September 8 to October 31. All threads will be closed on November 1, probably between midnight and one in the morning, EST. No exceptions.
