Ortega and Osiris (Josh.)

Laughing, Cam shrugged a bit as he gave Josh a once over. Cameron began purposefully tripping over his words upon seeing Josh. "Oh wow. You look delicious, er, I mean wonderful, and uh, great." Why not? This way he could get in as many adjective as he could. He really meant all those things though, the wrapping they were presented in wasn't the point.

Josh's excitement was brushing off on Cam and he was literally, beaming. The only precious cargo though, would be the person riding with him. Also, if Josh loved all those things, he must also love Cam. It only made sense since the blonde was all these things and more. Cam could be his first for other things, they had the whole day ahead of them.

"Well good, I don't have anything to compete with," he said, stepping outside and pointing to the bike parked on the sidewalk. Okay, that wasn't allowed, but it was totally bad ass and wouldn't be there much longer now that they were leaving. "So yeah, just hang on to me, should take about twenty minutes to get to where I want us to be." Cam gave Josh a winning smile, mounted the bike, and waited for his date to join him.

Josh had to have a crush on someone at some point, and really it may as well have been Cam. Josh could go around and ask all kinds of people what the blonde was like and he’d be well on his way. Cameron didn’t know that he was Josh’s first boy crush or whatever, but he was pretty excited about this date nonetheless. It wasn’t very often that Cam planned these things, they usually just happened of their own accord. Still, he was quite the energizer bunny, and raring to go.

Josh was absolutely adorable when he blushed. Cameron made note of the effect he had on the brunet and wondered how long it would last for. Once Josh got used to Cam’s antics, maybe other fun things could happen between them, not that Cam didn’t mind this. It was sort of like being with Sage. A little innocent, but a lot of fun. Once Josh got comfy, more of his personality would come out and that was the whole point of hanging out – so that Josh wasn’t acting weird and like Cam was some kind of god, not that that was getting to Cam’s head or anything....

Once Josh got out a bit more, someone else might catch his eye. But Cam wasn’t worried about that, and he wasn’t very possessive over people he liked. So long as they didn’t mind that he dated a lot of people if no one was claiming him as their boyfriend, then he was a faithful guy. Probably. His only long lasting relationship had been with Ravyn, and even that had been only a couple months. She said he was too dangerous for her. The only person Cameron was really protective over, was Chester. But that was a different story.

Josh was probably experiencing puppy love, something Cam experienced pretty much with anyone he met who responded well to him. The blonde fell fast and hard, and hearing Josh say he was excited as Cam felt was definitely awesome. “Good, it’s gonna be an awesome date.” You know, as long as they didn’t crash and burn or anything. But being subtle didn’t always have to happen either.

Cameron’s bike was a bright and flashy red – naturally. He was tempted to go with something that matched his eyes, but that was dumb. Instead, he got blue helmets, and even those were a much darker blue than his eyes. The fact that Josh seemed overall impressed with everything made Cam smirk. This guy didn’t even know what was gonna happen.

Admittedly, Cam thought he looked pretty good on a bike too. It was just one of those things that made you feel confident, you know, because Cameron’s such a shy guy. Cam revved the engine as Josh hesitated to latch on, but once he did, Cam put it into gear, had his feet on the rests and off they went.

“You smell nice,” Cameron noted over the winds, just to let Josh know he noticed the effort gone into primping. Something Cam would totally understand. He was a bit more laid back in his preparations, but still, anyone could tell he tried to look nice. They weren’t out of town yet, so Josh should’ve been able to hear him.

Once they were on the highway, Cam could feel Josh’s excitement, and laughed as he whooped. “First time?!” He asked over the sounds around them. It was one of the best feelings in the world, and to think, it was right at his fingertips. Totally worth the three weeks’ worth of wages.

Cam had always wanted to take this trip with someone, and since he said they were gonna hang out on Friday night, he thought, ‘why not Josh?’ Besides, it wasn’t like they could go drinking. Cam wasn’t really into that sort of thing anyways. A few more minutes, and Cam took an exit off the highway into a small town. It was a blip on the map, just a grocery store, a gas station, and a couple of odds and ends shops. One of them happened to be the ice cream place he was looking for, and he pulled off right in front of it.

“Ta da!” He said, like he was presenting Josh a gold medal or something. Cam slipped off his helmet and tried to fix his hair as best he could. “I know it’s a bit cold for ice cream but, like, it’s my favorite place.” Seriously, it was all old fashioned inside, cozy, and really cute. Totally date material. And yes he liked coming out here by himself, so what? Cam took Josh’s hand and graced the knuckles with a light kiss. “So cold,” he said to Josh, before grinning and heading to open the door for him. “And get whatever you want, seriously.”
