When she’d looked up at him and rocked forward, Henry would freely admit that he was not expecting her to hug him. But when she did hug him, he decided that it didn’t really matter. Because he was so happy and so content that she was willing to do this—was willing to be there with him and liked him enough to think of DATING him—that he was more than willing to just hold her and enjoy the moment. So he even hugged her back, although that took some effort to bend down, and after a moment of thought, swept her up and spun her around before dropping her back to her feet. And for one of the first times, there was a real grin on his face.
“Very much so,” he said, then kissed her forehead. “Thank you.”
