Instant Attraction (Carter)

"When I make it, I'll be on time~!"

Tak sang out in a throaty voice, her headphones over her ears as she lazily traced lines of henna up her arm, making feathers and swirls and paisley designs all over her skin. She was propped against her pillows on her bed, planning on doing nothing all day but being lazy and maybe seeing Kouji later for a movie night. Life was awesome.

"Gonna take what I want, and give you a piece of my mind~"

She didn't care if her dormmates could hear her; she knew she had a talent when it came to singing, and if it bothered them, that was their problem.

Tak was such a considerate roommate.

She continued on through the verse, and when she reached the part where it got intense, she hopped off her bed and started dancing along, forgetting her henna for the moment as she got into the rhythm.

"Your heart's on fire, but you're cold to the touch! I know you want it, but you love yourself too much..." She kept singing, putting some finishing touches on her design before setting the henna down and admiring her work. She had started at her left wrist, up her arm and over her shoulder, down over her breast and ending at her hipbone. As such, she had minimum clothing on - just a skimpy bra and very revealing underwear that really served no purpose.

If someone came in, she probably wouldn't make a move to get dressed either.

Carter had been walking through the halls, minding his own business really and exchanging messages with his brother about what they were going to do for the rest of the day. For the most part the world around him didn't exist, but then he heard something. Stopping dead in his tracks, he stayed where he was for the moment to listen to the faintest singing of one of his favourite songs.

And it was a girl, too.

He closed the distance between there and where he thought the sound was coming from and promptly knocked on the door. And he waited for a while, but found no answer. Questionably, Carter pressed his hand to the door knob and tried to turn it; unlocked? Was this person looking for company or did she just have no shame? When he swung the door open, he got his answer.

The young French boy perched himself in the doorway, leaning against it with his shoulder to the wood and his arms folded. A smirk crossed his face as he watched her for the time being. Completely free of any inhibitions. He liked that. Carter cupped his mouth with a hand and called out to her; "Black Hearts on Fire?"

Hopefully she would hear him.

Tak's music was too loud for her to hear the knock, obviously, so she kept on singing as her door cracked open. She was turned away from it at the moment, and therefore wasn't aware of him watching her until he called out.

She did hear that and, a little surprised, turned to see who it was. For a second she thought maybe it was Cam-

Oh no, it wasn't Cameron. Lord have mercy, who was this hottie that had happened upon her room?

She tugged her headphones off of her head, giving him a very obvious eye-over before letting a sly smile cross her face. "Hell yeah. It's such a sexy song, I can't help but sing along." She crossed an arm over herself, careful not to mess up her hard work. There was a robe draped over her closet door, but she made no move to put it on. "So who are you? And do you enter dorm rooms unannounced on a regular basis?"

Not that she minded, obviously. But seriously, who was this guy?

"Not usually, no." Carter replied, appreciating how openly she gave him the once over, Most people would try to hide it. Most people would also freak out at the sight of a stranger openly checking them out while they were wearing practically nothing. But she didn't seem to mind. He smirked; "I get permission when necessary."

Rather than leaving his position in the frame of the door, he unfolded his arms and raised a hand to give her a small wave and a charming smile; "Carter. I struggle to keep walking when I hear someone singing such a good song. I wanted to put a face to the voice."

Tak was.... Not most people. If anything, she thought more people should be like her, willing to show off what they were born with. But alas, it was not so. "Be my guest," she smirked, inviting him inside with a wave of her hand. "It's not everyday I have random hotties show up at my door, now is it?" Nope, she was not a subtle person.

She went to put away her supplies, glancing at him over her shoulder. "Pleasure, Carter. I'm Takchawee. Tak will do." Returning the smile, she pointed at herself. "Well, here's your face. Hopefully you're not disappointed."

He was close enough that Tak was able to get a feeling for his personality, and pondered over her choices. Oh boy, was he ever her type. "White tiger," she muttered, half to herself, before turning back around to face him. "Have you ever done henna before?" she asked with a flash of a grin, lifting her arm up to inspect how wet it still was. It would be a few more minutes before it set in completely.

"Someone like you?" Carter asked, pushing off the doorway slightly, "I figured you'd have them lined up at the door, or something." Of course, any other girl might take that the wrong way, but Cart had a feeling that she would understand what he was talking about. She was beautiful, and guys likes beautiful girls.

Carter offered a small nod of his head when she glanced back over his shoulder. He didn't wait until she looked away to continue checking her out; she'd probably see it as a compliment. Which it totally was. "Hardly disappointed," Cart replied, looking around the room, "Takchawee? Where does that originate from?" His last name had its origins, but his first did not. But it meant he had an interest in names.

"Henna? Once in India with my brother. But the artist was hardly as attractive as you are." He admitted, studying the lines on her arm as he inched closer towards her with a step. Hey, he was just being honest. "Are you offering?"

Tak's lips curled up as he spoke. "I have a couple that show up occasionally, but that's nothing really." No, Carter was the first to actually approach her - both Chester and Cam, she had made the first move. It was a nice change. Especially considering Carter was beautiful as well.

His roving eyes just made her chuckle. "It's Sioux," she explained. "I'm from a reservation in Montana. Fort Peck. It means 'doe'," she added, fluttering her eyelashes. She loved her culture, and her language. She missed it quite terribly. But at least she had things at Hammel to keep her distracted. Like this guy. Had she known about his French origin, she would be curious as well - something they shared.

"Ooh, so you've had the real deal, then," she replied, letting her arm drop carefully to her side. He'd been to India? She was even more curious now. Tak laughed. "Oh come now, I'm sure she was fine." She reacted to his coming closer to her by grabbing the bottle again - she did have a bit left. "If want it? Absolutely." She smirked. "Where would you like to have me paint the design?" For he sake of her roommates, someone should probably close the door.

Cart got a sense of something from how she spoke about her name and old home that she missed it. Culture did that to some people. He was no exception; Carter longed for the trips he could take back to France. "Sounds beautiful." He replied lightly.

"I enjoyed the cultural experience, but not her face." Carter replied, smirking profusely. He walked closer to her still, with slow but purposeful footsteps. His hands hooked to the buttons of his shirt and he proceeded to undo them. "On my chest." He asked, looking to her for a second before proceeding to take his shirt off his form. He knew she wouldn't mind, so why bother asking?

He dropped it to the floor and looked back at her again, knowing he looked good because he was the kind of person who put effort into his appearance. "You can do me, and then I'll do you." Carter suggested, shrugging with a small tilt of his neck.

"It is," Tak replied, her throat a little tight. One of the only things that really made her feel strong emotions about anything was her home. She brushed off the feeling, however, as her attention was brought back to the beauty in front of her.

"Mm. I'm sure it was amazing," she agreed. "I've never been outside the country. Hell, I'd never seen the ocean until a week or two ago." That had been an... Interesting trip. At least she had experienced it all! Her eyes dropped to his hands as he began unbuttoning his shirt, and she grinned widely. "Perfect. Lots of room to work on."

She made no effort in hiding her eyes travel over his torso. He was as defined as she had hoped he would be. "Sounds good to me," Tak replied, her mind already buzzing at his suggestive tone. "It might be easier if you lie down," she told him, motioning to her bed and hiding her smirk. She checked her own henna again - it was pretty dry now, enough so she didn't have to be quite as careful. "Anything in particular you want? Or do you want me to just go for it and see what happens?" She had an idea in mind that she was certain he would like.

"My family are used to travel. My father's in the art dealing business." He explained briefly. "I spend most of my time in France, where my mother is from. It's a very different experience to here in America." He watcher her very curiously when she was studying him. Her comment about there being enough room made a low rumbling chuckle escape his form.

With a nod, Carter moved towards her bed without shame and moved to lay down on his back. His eyes stared up at her with curiosity and intent as he stretched his arms out before him, and swung them around to rest his head in his hands with a sigh. "Why don't you, as an artist of course, see where inspiration takes you." He raised an eyebrow as he paused, thinking for the moment; "Consider me your blank canvas, and use me as you wish."

"That's so cool," Tak murmured. She wanted to travel. Maybe she had found her ticket. "I'm sure it's a lot different. What's France like?" she asked, then added with a smile,"Between you and me, I think the French language is super sexy." She found most languages fascinating really, although some were definitely more sensual than others. French being among them. She did have a preference for her own Lakota dialect, though.

She followed Carter over to the bed, waiting as he got himself situated. It would have been easy enough to do it from the side, but Tak decided that she would much prefer to step over him and sit on his hips, so his bare chest was right in front of her. Just like an artist before her canvas. "I'll use you, alright," she replied, her eyes glinting mischievously as she bent down and went to work. "Lay back, relax. This might take some time."

She began tracing lines over his skin, already having an image in her mind that was inspired from her initial feeling from him. As her bare skin touched his, she got a more in-depth feel for him, and she couldn't help but raise her eyebrows and grin. They were so much alike, it was almost frightening. After several minutes, the beginnings of a tiger could be seen on Carter's chest - the head was near his left collarbone, and the body arched across his chest, over his pecs and down to his opposite side. Tak was very pleased with how it had turnd out. It took a while, but eventually she sat back, pleased with her work. "What do you think?" she asked, making no move to get up.

"You're in luck. I speak it fluently, belle." Carter replied. And this was why he spent all those months in France learning the hell out of that language. He and Dom knew it would come in handy in moments like these. "France is my proverbial country of art. I do a summer course there for most years and just travel around drawing."

Somehow he knew that she was going to end up straddling him. Lucky boy. "I've got all afternoon." He replied quietly, relaxing into the lines she began to trace.

He allowed his eyes to close, relishing in the electricity between her skin and his. If this was what a first encounter with Tak was like, Carter could only begin to imagine how their friendship would progress. He remained as quiet as she did, allowing her to concentrate on the work that she was performing. He knew how frustrating it could be when an artist was interrupted. But finally she was finished.

Carter looked down once, noticing the clean lines and crisp details with an impressed look on his face before locking his eyes with hers. "Does it suit me?" He asked, moving a hand from behind his head to his side. Why? Because if she tried to get up, he was probably going to stop her.

Tak's eyebrows rose, and her mouth creased into a satisfied grin. "Excellent, mitawa tehila," she replied, gladly following suit and skipping over into her own language. "Hammel lets you do that?" she asked, slightly jealous. "That sounds amazing. Let me know if you ever need a model." He should understand what she was offering quite easily.

She hadn't thought there would come a time when she felt a stronger connection with someone than she had with Cam on that day so many weeks ago, but as Tak brushed her skin against Carter's, she couldn't help but be drawn to him. Chemistry at its finest. This was going to be the beginning of a beautiful... Something. Tak wasn't sure quite what, but the possibilities excited her.

Her eyes looked up into his as he glanced at her, and she nodded. "Definitely. Bold, beautiful, exotic..." All defined him quite well. "It suits you perfectly." She noted his hand movement and smirked, pretending to make a move as though she was going to stand, just to see how he would react...

"So long as I have a place to stay. I stay in my mother's chateau." Carter explained nonchalantly, because this kind of information was easy for him to give out. He didn't really care who knew about his family's money, after all. And if she was lucky she might get to go along with him, because staying with his mother was normally such a bore. "Of course. I could always use attractive models to practice with."

He smirked up at her when she spoke, feeling his ego bolster with each word. "You know me too well already, Tak." Carter watched her start to make a move, and his hand shifted out to glide purposefully along her thigh and around to the small of her back. "A deal's a deal. It's my turn to do you, isn't it?" He asked, sitting up instantly and extending his free hand out to her. The henna. He was looking for the henna.

What was with Tak and getting involved with rich guys? The thought amused her. At least Carter wasn't a cad like Chester, though. She liked him already. "I'm not sure what I'm doing this summer," she said to him, shrugging a shoulder. Except for graduating. Hopefully. She gave him a grin. "I do photography too, if you ever need still images for anatomy studies, or whatever." They were mostly of her, of course, but she had some of Kouji as well.

"That's my ability," she told him slyly. She wasn't going to tell him how much she could learn though, oh no. That was only for her (and Chester, damn him) to know. Tak shivered lightly at his touch, feeling her skin tingle where he had brushed his fingers. "Of course," she replied, handing over the bottle to him. She pulled her hair forward and unhooked her bra, tossing it to the ground without a second glance.

He had been bare-chested, hadn't he?

With that out of the way, she maneuvered around him until their positions were switched and she was lying on the mattress. She gazed up at him with intensity, feeling completely comfortable in the situation. "Have at it, o iyokipi," she told him, unable to contain her grin.
