The Journey From Boy to Man
My name is Nicholas Scott Darwin, and I was born on a late summer night in 1989. According to what I was told, I was a rather beautiful, brown eyed baby that didn't give my parents much trouble. I slept when they needed me to, and I wasn't much of a crier.
My childhood was fairly normal as I grew up. Football, swimming and friends took up most of my time, and that to the enjoyment of my dad, who was a sports reporter. I had a talent for both sports I played, and was soon to become a star football player in Vermont.
When I was seven, my parents had another baby boy, my younger brother Nathan Ryder Darwin. I took it as my job to teach him what I could so far in life, and I have to say, we grew pretty close, and we still are.
The older I grew, the more interested my love for sports grew as well. Most of my time was spent training, partying and fooling around. I have to admit, during my highschool and college years, I had a way with the ladies. They seemed to fall around me like flies, and of course, I didn't mind. It just meant more fun for me, he he. Of course, I had amazingly good looks, so it got me my fair share of pretty ladies.
I never dated them, though. I was more of a one time only kind of guy. Yeah, I used them. But heck, I was young and I couldn't care less. I just wanted one thing from them, and they gave it to me without hesitation, and even more so.
Even after coming to Hammel, my status didn't change. Me and my friends on the sport team seemed to be on the top of the social pyramid. We broke rules, we drank, we fooled around and we had fun. Like most of the kids did our age.
After finishing high school and college, you could say I grew up. At least a bit. I'm still the same easy going adonis as I've always been, but you could say I've matured. Not sure if everyone would agree, but each to their own.Behind the M A S K . . .Name: Melusine
