Izzy's mutation has given her a pair of fully functional, blue/pink-ish colored pixie wings that give her the ability to fly with ''great maneuverability''. She is agile in the air, able to turn on a dime and slightly faster than that of a human sprint, though she can't keep up those speeds for longer than half an hour before needing to rest. Normal flight speed for her is approximately that of a human jog. She is able to ''hover'' by flying in a space that is about a three foot cube, though she's never entirely still unless she lands, and can't lift more than 30 extra pounds in the air with her.
Hallucinogenic Pixie Dust:
Izzy naturally secretes an organic compound that dries on contact with the air. She can concentrate and, usually focus her ''pixie dust'' on a single target to throw it at them. She has no control over what her victim sees or experiences while under the influence of her dust, though this may change in the future when she has more control. The effects can range from mildly distracting, to incapacitating depending on one's susceptibility to toxins. It must be either breathed, eaten, or somehow taken internally (including getting it in one's eyes) in order for it to take effect. Strong winds, rain, snow, and other inclement weather dampen the effects of her pixie dust by dispersing it or washing it out of the air. The effects last anywhere from five minutes (one round) to several hours, depending on the dose that one receives and their resistance to toxins. Those that are totally immune to organic toxins, like snake venom, are also immune to her dust.
Other Side Effects and Information:
Since her wings aren't constantly out, they're shaped as a tattoo down her back and over her ribs whenever they're not in use. Absorbing the wings back into the body and having them expelled is very painful. It's as if a thousand needles pokes through her outher skin at all times, and it has somewhat of a burning sensation.
Flying and using her wings causes her back to ache. She can feel the pain from her neck and the entire way down to her lower back, and sometimes she can feel the ache in her shoulders and down her arms, depending on how often and how long she has her wings out and how much she uses them for flying.
Izzy has grown resistant to any mind-altering drugs, and no matter how much or how often she takes it, it won't have any affect on her mind. It will however have the same effect on her body as it would any other humans. (Like for example causing damage on her organs, depending on the drug.)
She often experiences people not taking her seriously when she talks or explains something, which is caused by her Hallucinogenic Pixie Dust. This is very stressful and often very annoying. Especially when whatever she's telling is serious and she wants to bring a message out.

General Appearance:
Izzy has a perfectly tanned skin, perfectly arched eyebrows, a perfect blonde hair color that just matches her appearance perfectly! Well, that's what she claims anyways. Izzy's hair is longe and golden blonde. It reaches far down her back and slightly waves at the bottom. Other than that, it's usually just straight and boring. Izzy loves styling her hair though, so it's usually in a different style every day, whether she keeps it straight or curled.
She wears as little make-up as she can and tends to stay on the more natural side of her looks. She tends to put on a little mascara, some eye-shadow and maybe even some lip gloss, but she doesn't stray away from natural colors. No, there's never anything shocking about Izzy's make-up and she likes it that way.
When it comes to the way she dresses, it varies on her mood. One day she can wear a dress, high heels and walk around like she's the Queen Bee of the school, and other times she can wear sweats and a singlet. But don't be alarmed just yet, no matter what Izzy wears, she'll make damn sure it looks great! Whether it's accessories or shoes, she never leaves her room without making sure she looks stunning. And trust me, she belives she looks stunning in anything.
Izzy takes great care of her looks and she always makes sure she's presentable for any situation. There's never a dirty stain on her clothes or a pimple showing on her skin (Because really, with today's make-up technology, they're not hard to hide.) or any other visable flaws. No, flaws are meant to be on the inside, dug down in the closet never to see the light of day ever again.
Personality:
Izzy was the baby of the family, and naturally, she took full advantage of this. Izzy knows how to pretend to be a lot more innocent and angelic than what she really is. Unlike her moody twin sister, Izzy always did the right thing and behaved properly. She always did as she was told -- or at least pretended to and always showed older people, especially her parents and their friends respect.
She believes she's better than most people and isn't afraid to show people that she is. But even if she's manipulative and far from being a perfect picture, she knows how to make people think she's better and more pure than what she truly is. But Izzy isn't all bad, at least not as bad as her sister keeps trying to make her seem. She loves getting to know new people and she loves exploring and experiencing new things. She's a very social being and can't sit still for a long period of time. Izzy always behaves to impress, and loves being the center of attention.
Being a person who loves attention and gets friends easily, she tends to be quite the popular girl. Both with males and females. Having fun is her top priority, but having fun and goofing around never tops her responsibilities. Izzy do good in school and doesn't act out like her sister.
Izzy always strives to be and do the best she can, and won't let anyone or anything stop her. And she doesn't really care about what she has to do to get where she wants, as long as it doesn't go against her morals. She's very headstrong, but sadly, she's not the most independent person alive. She's been babied by her family for so long that the thought of making it on her own in the big bad world holds her back, even if she won't ever admit to it.
Training, dancing and singing are big passions for Izzy, and she loves doing all three of them. Though, her stage fright keeps her from dancing and singing in front of people. She focuses most of her energy on training and getting to know new people. Though, gossip and drama are two things that doesn't interest her at all. They're childish ways of spending your time in her opinion.

History
Izzy grew up having everything she could possibly want. She was her daddy's little princess and nothing ever stood in his way when it came to the blonde twin. Clearly, and sadly, it was easy to see who he favored of the two girls. And Izzy always knew it wasn't right and that she should have felt bad about it, but her moody gremlin of a sister didn't exactly make it easy for her. Her sister would always ruin her things and try her best to make Izzy's life a living hell. Sure, Izzy didn't blame her, but it was still annoying. It wasn't like it was her problem that their father liked blondes better!
Even with a complicated sister complex, it didn't stop Izzy from blooming into a social butterfly. Izzy quickly grew popular at school, always getting new friends and always being the center of attention. Unlike her sister, Izzy loved people and everything that had anything to do with people. Izzy wanted to do and experience it all. Boyfriends, best friends, rivals, crushes, the whole shebang. The more she had to fill her time with, the happier she was!
Well, this was at least until their mother died in a car accident. Even if Izzy had a closer relationship to her father, and clearly, Dex was the one having the hardest time, Izzy mourned. They were merely twelve years at the time and losing their mother at such a young age was hard for them both. This caused Dex to have her first explosions of power, and truth be told, Izzy was scared. It was quite the chaotic times, and it only led the twin's relationship to worsen and they grew more distant.
Then Dex, Izzy's twin sister got taken away. It was quite the emotional day for Izzy, because even if she didn't like admitting it, she loved her sister dearly, and watching her get dragged away to Hammel kicking and screaming had quite the big effect on her. She didn't want to lose her, even if they rarely got along.
But luckily for Izzy, life seemed to give her a chance, because not to long after Dex had been sent away, Izzy's powers manifested and they came for her too.
Izzy tried keeping her distance to her sister during their time at Hammel, but she was always watching in case her sister would ever need her. Because even if they had their differences, she still loved her very much. And she was just waiting for the right time to tell her, but the time never seemed to come. And suddenly, two years had passed in the blink of an eye, and they still seemed to get up in each others throats..
