Angst and Fluff (Zack)

Zack’s heart was pounding in his chest, and he knew the boy could feel it. It wasn’t just because they had just made love to each other either…. Jay always made his heart do this… He couldn’t believe that they would be able to do this every night from now on.. “So… When we get back home.. Are you going to move into my room?” Because he really wanted that to happen, so much. He wanted to go to sleep, and wake up every day with the boy by his side. “I know I am.” He chuckled, yeah he was still cocky. Zack let himself fall into the kiss, this was all he ever wanted, and now he was set for life.


He started to play with the boy’s hair as he rested his head back on his chest after their kiss. He looked up at the ceiling as he thought about the question, he wondered for a brief second if he should lie. Then he realized, he couldn’t lie to Jayden, he just couldn’t… “Since we first met.” Though he did wonder why he was asking… He guessed Jay was just curious.

Jay traced his finger over Zack's tattoo, letting himself get lost in the feeling of his boyfriend's heartbeat pounding steadily against him. He wanted to stay like this forever. "Hmm..." he pretended to consider, as though there was any other answer than the one he would give. "I guessss I would be okay with doing that," he grinned, leaning up and giving Zack another quick kiss. "Of course I will, you dork," he laughed as they broke apart. "As long as Lilo doesn't mind." The thought of getting to do this every night sent shivers down Jay's spine, and he nuzzled himself into the crook of Zack's neck once more.

He finally began to feel a bit tired as Zack toyed with his hair, waiting for the answer to his question. Jay blinked as he answered, feeling guilty, so incredibly guilty that the boy had waited so long for this. "R... Really?" he murmured, frowning slightly as he ran his hand over Zack's torso again. "You... How the hell did you wait so long?" he asked. "I mean... I was attracted to you from the moment I saw you, but back then I hadn't accepted that I was into men and..." he trailed off. "I'm sorry," he whispered.

Zack waited for an answer, raising an eyebrow. “You don’t have to…” Not thinking that Jay was merely joking about it… He wrapped his arms tighter around Jay, and kissed the top of his head. “I’m sure she wouldn’t mind.” She would probably mind the sex, but oh well.

Jay shouldn’t feel guilty, not in the slightest. Zack understood everything, and hadn’t minded the wait. “yeah…” He kissed Jay again on the top of his head. “A lot of things kept me from making a move…” He sighed, “Well, to be fair, when we first met you were dating my sister…” There hadn’t been anything either of them could have done about that, and he was glad that neither of them did. He wasn’t sure how Hay-lin would have felt if Jay dumped her for him… He didn’t think he would be able to be in a relationship with a guy who had broke his sister’s heart either. “Don’t be sorry. This all worked out for the better.”
