General Appearance:
Standing 5'3 above ground, Ashelia has a head covered in natural, red curls. Her hair reaches down until her mid-back and she often leaves it hanging loose. Occasionally she styles it into various hair-does and sometimes feels the need to straighten her curls out. She has hazel eyes which is usually the first thing people notice, due to her make-up highlighting them. She tends to wear darker colors around her eyes, usually black eye liner and black mascara, and sometimes a little darker or lighter (Depending on her mood) eye shadow on her eyelid. When it comes to her lips, she usually uses red colors to highlight her full, pouty lips. Her face is oval shaped, and her skin vanilla colored.
When it comes to clothes and fashion, her style varies on her mood. She can wear anything from dresses, skirts and shirts that shows off her womanly curved body, to loose tops and casual jeans. But whatever Ashe decides to dress up in, she spends a lot of time making sure it looks nice. She spends at least an hour every morning putting on her make-up and deciding what to wear. She loves clothes and shoes, and rarely uses the same outfit twice. She has long slender feet and arms, and loves wearing things that compliments them.
Although Ashe is very insecure about herself, she doesn't show it in the way she moves around. She's graceful and acts and looks like a lady. She knows how to put on a charade and pretend to be someone she's not. Her mother was an actress, and she thought her daughter not to let whatever is going on on the inside, show in her body language. Her face is a completely different story, however.
Ashe's face is filled with expressions. Whatever she feels, it shows. Both in her eyes and in the way her face changes according to whatever emotion she's feeling. She's very easy to read, and people often tell her that her face is like an open book.
Personality:
Ashe's personality is layered with a few levels of insecurity hidden behind a mask of fake confidence. Spending most of her life being the typical girl who kept falling for the wrong guy, and dropping everything in her life for the said guy have left her feeling insecure, vulnerable and thinking that there is no such thing as true love. Now she spends her time avoiding emotional attachment and has decided that she is no longer going to be a victim.
But fear not, Ashelia is friendly to most people she meet, unless they annoy or anger her. She's very social, but can appear shy when she first meets people. She's a very girly girl who enjoys shopping and makeovers, and even if she can be a little cautious, she enjoys meeting new people and broading her horizon.
She has a very close relationship with her family and there's nothing she enjoys more than playing amateur rugby with her brothers.
Ashelia loves art and beauty, and she spends quite some time appreciating it, even if she feels Vermont has too little of it around. She also enjoys old, classical movies and spends quite some time watching them, either alone or with friends.
She is very mature for her age, and doesn't indulge in childish, high school drama. She tries her best at avoiding it, and hates finding herself in the middle of it. And being a teenage girl, she just like everyone else has hormonal mood swings. She hates letting her bad mood affect others, but she can't always help herself if she's agitated. Ashe isn't afraid to speak her mind, but she tries doing it as softly as she can. She doesn't like hurting other people and tends to sugar coat her words to make bad news sound better than they are. She's easy to cheer up and tries finding the optimistic view on even a bad situation.
Due to her past with love, she strays away from things that has anything to do with relationships. She's afraid of getting herself burned again, and often end up leading people on and stringing them along even if she doesn't mean to. She enjoys harmless teasing and fooling around.

History
Ashelia was born to Viktor and Sarah Volkov. Her father was originally an Russian actor who fell in love with an American actress, and Viktor decided to move to America to better his career. Ashelia is the youngest child of four, and has three older brothers, Vaan, Balthier and Vincent. Every member of their family speaks fluently Russian, but they use mostly American in their daily life.
Her childhood was fairly normal. Well, as normal as it can get being the child of two fairly well-known celebrities. The Volkov family have lived in Vermont ever since Sarah got pregnant with her first born, Vincent, when they decided Hollywood was no place for a child to grow up. Sarah and Viktor worked in shifts, so one of the parents would always be home, while the other flied out for shooting movies. Her family has a great relationship, and ever since Ashelia was a child they have spent every sunday together either going out or staying home. Her older brother taught her how to play rugby from an early age and she enjoyed spending time with them whenever she had the chance.
When Ashe was older, her mother retired from the acting business to spend more time with her family, and become a fashion designer instead, who worked from home. Ashelia had a really close relationship with her mother and admired her a lot. Ever since she was able to speak, she claimed she wanted to grow up being an actress just like her mother used to be.
When Ashelia first started high school, she quickly learned a bad habit of dating the wrong types of guys, and had her heart broken over and over again. After a few years, she decided that she wasn't cut out for love and decided that casual dating and and no strings attatched was more her thing. On a private basis, Ashelia spent a lot of time taking acting classes, hoping to one day to become as successful as her parents.
During high school, Ashelia had a moment of rebellious behavior. Of course, she never did anything openly, in fright of putting her parents to shame. She spent one night drinking, and ended up in bed with her mother's younger co-worker, Eric. She was sixteen and he was eighteen at the time. They both agreed not to tell anyone and to pretend it never happened. It would harm both his, her mother's and her family's reputation if something like that got out.
Now that Ashelia is at her last year of High School, she has become quite the independent and mature woman, always striving to make the best out of whatever she sets her mind to. She still dreams of becoming an actress and won't give up on her life. But for now, she has settled with focusing on college and friends. She has decided on enjoying her youth for as long as she can before setting off into the big, bad world. Her brothers have all moved out and are off living their own lives, but they still meet up every Sunday for some family quality time
