Evan Charles Brackett

Evan is recovering from an accident that resulted in the loss of his right arm. His interactions are currently limited to friends, family, and people that are nosy enough to bother him at the hospital and home.

Being a tad shy and very awkward, Evan has trouble making friends. Don't get him wrong, he's a nice and sweet-hearted guy, but he's not likely be the one to start the conversation unless something extravagant happens to pique his interest. Although he's kind, he also has a low self-esteem and is easy to irritate when the right buttons get pressed. He dislikes confrontation and fighting, is more likely to be a defender rather than an instigator, and will avoid people who have given him reason to black-list them. That is to say, he's not above making enemies. As far as dating goes, he's recently found a boyfriend in his best friend and is no longer on the market.

A born adventurer, Gideon has spent the better part of his adulthood traveling and trying out different extreme sports. He dropped out of college to visit other countries, including Canada, Mexico, Panama, Brazil, a large portion of Europe, and India. Between lacking a stable job and the rising cost of travel, it was inevitable that he would burnout. Now stuck living in Pilot Ridge with his slightly-older twin brother, Giddy still struggles to prove himself to his family, taking any and all opportunities to make himself feel superior. It's a losing battle. Having attended Hammel, he has likely met a lot of the residents and made a few friends and enemies over the years. As for girlfriends, well, he isn't exactly the most mature or reliable guy around. Pursue at your own risk.

Dr. Alana Maribel Carson

Between being a single mother (of an adopted daughter), a research scientist, and the science office for the new government run Operation Patriot, Alana doesn't have a lot of free time to spend socializing. However, those graced with her presence will find that she is a shrewd woman with very defined and unyielding opinions that she has no problem expressing. She excels at controlling people in the most subtle of ways, often forcing others into submission without notice. Her actual friends are far and few between, as she finds it more practical to stay distanced from other people and is more adept at making enemies. Anything beyond either is almost entirely out of the question, unless she decides she has a fondness for you, in which case, may God save you.

DARCY AND GERRI

Soccer teammates! They'll definitely know each other from that. Darcy tends to be more reserved, but my guess is that she's generally entertained by Gerri's energy level and sociability. I'm not sure I'd call them friends, but they're definitely on friendly terms. Gerri would know Darcy's youngest brothers, the twins, since they're the same age she is. (Must write that wanted page. Arrrgh!)

DARCY AND EVAN

So Van is friends with Horus, who lives in room 206 with Darcy. He and Darcy are also the same age, so I'd say they certainly know each other. At worst, I would guess friendly acquaintances, though I'm open to friends if you are. I can see quiet afternoons outside, her fooling around her guitar and him drawing whatever tickles his fancy. But I'll leave that up to you~

Sorry for taking so long to respond, I'm a ditz.

Both of these sound good to me. Evan needs a female friend, so I would love to add her to his list (he really needs to meet more girls that don't make him fear for his life, in general). As for Gerri, yeah, she's talkative and would likely know her teammates fairly well. If you ever want to do a thread, then give me another shout. We can brainstorm something or just improvise. =)

I think it would be fun to throw these two together. I could see Basil as any of the different relationships mentioned in the little bit above, so it would be up to you to decide.

Yeah, we could definitely do something with them. Alana is in need of new threads. I don't know how'd they work out, so we'd probably have to throw them in a thread together and see where things go. At Basil's shop maybe? I'm up for anything.

Delilah really does need a few friends and Evan is kinda right up her alley. She's an exchange student and I was wondering if maybe Evan would like to meet up with her at some point?

Giddy && Delilah

Delilah seems to think Gideon fascinating and would like to have a talk with him about his life. If you're up for that as well, let me know. I think it could be a rather amusing thread because Delilah's in the business to help people so she might wanna try and give him some inspiration to do better in his life which might make for an annoying Gideon. She also doesn't give up too quick.

Evan and Delilah--
He's had problems in the past getting along with girls, and I would definitely like to get him some good female acquaintances, if not, friends. Having them meet sounds great. It'll have to wait a bit though, because Evan's going home for the winter break and he won't be back to school for a while.

Giddy and Delilah--
I don't mind getting them into shenanigans together, it's just a matter of how. I suppose they could run into each other in town. Gideon spends most of his time at his brother's place, lounging on the couch and watching tv. He does shovel snow in the winter...maybe he accidentally tosses some snow on her while she's walking by one of his client's driveway?
