General Appearance: Kaytee is one of those girls who’s pretty in a dark manner. She isn’t a pretty blond with blue eyes and she’s far from ditsy. Rather, her eyes are piercing when she looks at you and her dark hair cascades over her shoulders. Despite her intimidating looks, she’s quite the sweetheart. She has a round face and plump lips, piercing gray green eyes, and a small nose. Even though she had darker features, she is stunningly beautiful.
Kaytee tends to just dress comfortably. Her most comfortable clothing is a pair of skinny jeans and a tank top. Otherwise you’ll find her in some running shorts, lounging around her room. She’s very laid back with her appearance, or so she thinks. She doesn’t throw on a lot of make-up. It’s usually just some eyeliner to draw attention to her piercing eyes, and some chapstick. If she really feels like it she might throw on something else, but for the most part it’s just simple.
One of her most defining features, besides her eyes, is her smile. She had straight, white teeth. When her lips part her face almost seems to glow. Her sharp facial features suddenly soften and welcome someone in. It’s one of the things she enjoys most, laughing and smiling. So anytime you see her, she will most likely have a smile on her face. Otherwise, she’ll be concentrating on something and even then she is full of grace and warmth.
Personality: Kaytee is one of the most genuine people you’ll probably ever meet. She loves to just sit down with someone over a cup of tea and talk about anything and everything. She wears her emotions on her sleeve and doesn’t try to hide how she feels from people. She feels that hiding how you feel is being fake and she loves to be completely open with people. She has a big heart and nothing will stop her from showing it.
Despite her confidence, Kaytee is very insecure. She doesn't let anyone see this however. It's not being fake at all, it's just keeping a secret. Or, that's how Kaytee describes it to herself to make everything seem better. She doesn't like to show that side of her and although she hates being alone, she will separate herself from people if she thinks they'll be able to guess it. She's only told one person, Craven, who she considers one of her closest friends. And he is the only one that has ever really seen that side of her.
Another one of Kaytee’s traits is kindness. She loves being around people and is very tolerant of many different forms of personalities. She isn’t afraid to call someone out, but she’s very gentle about anything she says to someone. She loves coming across new personalities and just learning more about them. She isn’t at all aggressive, if someone doesn’t want to talk, she will leave, but she tries to show them how much she genuinely wants to talk with them.
Kaytee is also a spit fire. If you push her buttons, she will react. She's patient enough, however, that its hard to get her to that point. However, one of her biggest things is seeing someone try to be nice to her, or bully one of her friends. Her mouth will run off one said person and they will get a verbal beating from him. Most of the time, she will seclude herself afterwards and try to cope with her anger toward herself. She hates blowing up on people, but if she gets to that point, its hard to stop.
She’s a total goofball is she’s with the right people. She loves just doing silly things and laughing. It’s one of her favorite past times. Also, she knows how to act around certain people. It’s not that she’s being fake at all, it’s that she’s being cautious of how people react to certain things. She’s very respectful of people’s emotions and opinions. It’s most likely that she will be a total goofball with you.
And finally, Kaytee is loyal. If she see’s a friend getting bullied or picked on, she doesn’t stand aside. She hates seeing her friends getting hurt and would rather take the hurt on herself than watch people she loves go through something tough. She’s empathetic, caring, kind, genuine, goofy, stubborn, and loyal. Those are just a few traits of Kaytee’s personality.

History
Kaytee was born to Henry Palladino on a blustery October night. Unfortunately, Kaytee’s mother did not survive child birth and Henry was forced to the little girl all by himself. Kathy gave birth to Kaytee 2 months premature and for reasons unknown to the doctors, she bled to death. They tried everything they could but were unable to stop the bleeding. Kaytee grew up under his loving care and is the biggest Daddy’s girl there ever will be. She couldn’t be any closer to her Dad. Her Dad is the Sheriff of their small Minnesota town, so she always got to ride in his car to school. Most kids didn’t bother picking on her because she was the Sheriff’s daughter. She however, didn’t have many friends in grade school for the same reason.
Henry did what he could to raise her, but his sister had to help her out. So Kaytee’s Aunt Emily helped adjust Kaytee to the feminine aspect of her life. Due to being raised by a man, Kaytee is a tough chick. She can hold her own and loves to get down and dirty. She’s laid back for the same reason and really good with sports. It would also account of her constant desire to be active. Thanks to Aunt Emily, Kaytee however does enjoy being a girl. She loves getting dressed up and once a week her and Henry would go out to dinner together as a black tie event once she got older.
Kaytee hit puberty when she was 13 and was immediately taken to Hammel after having a physical so she could join soccer at her school. The doctor had seen patients with abilities before and usually just tested for it anyway, despite its rarity. Her dad makes it a point to stay in contact and despite her abilities being seen as dangerous, he is incredibly proud of her. She is cold to the touch but so warm hearted that most people don’t notice. She loves messing with people however, and it always causes laughs. She never, however, breaks the rules. It probably has something to do with the fact that she was raised by a Sheriff.
Kaytee is now 17 and is really good at controlling her powers. One of her closest friends is Craven Grimley. They met shortly after he arrived and they hit off almost immediately. She see’s him as her long lost brother, and isn’t really interested in relationships past that. She likes to hang out with a lot of people and she’s worried that if she gets a boyfriend, he’ll get jealous and she won’t be able to see her friends.
She’s very close to graduation and plans to continue going to the school for college, partly because she loves the community she has found there.

Change. That was the one word that had been shaking Kaytee's world for a while now. But the biggest change hadn't happened that long ago. Instead of her normal self, Kaytee had become immortal and cold. Not even just cold in the skin sense, she was cold in the heart. When Kaytee had lost her life, she had been abandoned by the one person she truly loved. Never before had she felt that way toward someone before. Her skin had grown pale, her eyes were brighter in color but cold, her voice had become much more melodious now as well. She wasn't her old self anymore, and she couldn't even begin to explain the changes.
He was in town again. She didn't really know if she believe it. She ran through the dark streets of Paris, wearing a pair of heels and a mid-thigh length black dress. Kaytee was welcome in the castle, especially since Jin was her sire. She charged through the hallways, trying desperately to pick up his scent. Her stomach was twisted in so many different directions, Kaytee wished she could throw up.
She halted in the door way. A wave of emotions rushing over her. She wanted to slap him, she wanted to kiss him, she wanted to scream, and she wanted to cry. She didn't know what to do. He had left her. He left her alone in the one time she truly needed him. Her heart was so broken, the look that covered her face, was blank. She didn't know how to feel as she stood so close to the man who had hurt her even more than one could have possible done. She stood in the doorway, in pieces.
No words came to her mind. No words came to her mouth. She was frozen in time as she listened to him play. A single tear slipped down her cheek. (This is another site Kaytee is on, only she's a vampire hahah)
