WANTED: Brother and Sister Tricksters

So, Spencer is the new mailman of Pilot Ridge, coming all the way from Bristol, England. Since he sort of tagged along with his brother and sister, it'd be kind of awesome to them them around. For both of them, reading Spencer's profile might help.
Richard Cox
Name: Negotiable; Richard is a placeholder name that can be changed. Must have a middle name, surname is Cox.
Age: 31
Power: It’s up to the player whether he has a power or not and I don't mind what sort of power if he has one.
Personality: He is confident, possibly arrogant and cocky but also loyal to his family and friends. A bit of a prankster. Can be insensitive but has a heart of gold. Anything else is up to whoever takes him.
Occupation: Anything you like. It would be kind of hilarious if he had some kind of important job. Or worked in IT or something.
History: Is Spencer’s younger brother, the second child of five. They didn’t grow up in a well-to-do family, they all attended the same schools (except for when those who manifested went to Kocher/Hammel).
It’s important to note that he is exceptionally close with Spencer and gave a lot of support to his big brother throughout his marriage.
He was the one made by his parents to come to Pilot Ridge with Paula. Or maybe he thought it would be a nice change. Or maybe he's trying to avoid someone/something and thought it'd be easier if he was a whole ocean away from it. Your choice

Name: Paula is also a placeholder; the player can choose a different name if they like.
Age: 15
Power: Since she’s a student at Hammel, she absolutely has to have a power. Don't mind what kind.
Personality: Ambitious and studious. Possibly a little mischievous, trying to emulate her older brother Richard. “knows” a lot of things, but her facts can sometimes be... faulty. She’s the kind of girl who’s allergic to cats but can’t resist stopping to cuddle every cat she meets on the way home from school. Much of this is up to the player though.
History: She’s the youngest of five, the younger sister of Spencer and Richard. Her power manifested in the last couple of years and wanted to go to Hammel rather than Kocher, but was told she couldn't go unless one of her brothers went with her. (There may have been an argument, seeing as Spencer had been allowed to go on his lonesome...) Richard went with her, and Spencer decided to tag along.
