Calling all members! We need your nominations for the Of The Month awards! Have you seen an awesome character lurking the forums? How about a thread you just can’t stop reading? Or a journal you keep coming back to? Nominate it here! We’re looking for nominations for all categories:

Character of the Month – Straightforward. Nominate your favorite character from Hammel. As of now, Gabriel Underwood, Horus Richmond, Emma Cousins, Zachary Brahmen, Misato Hazukashi, Anya Vasiliev, Morgan Tonaya, Alice Perrette-Johnston, Clarisse Prideaux, and Sean Neville are all off limits, as they’ve won in the past four months.

Member of the Month – Again, pretty easy, right? Toss up the name of your favorite member. Remember, Sean, Lynx, Tony, and Rae are off-limits for nominations

Relationship of the Month – Anything goes here! Friends, romance, enemies, anything! The exceptions to the rules are:
James and Adam – Exes
The Idiot Brigade (Sam, Horus, Vincent, and November) – Best Friends
Morgan and Jake - Romantic
Eli and Midori- Best Friends

Thread of the Month – Any and all threads that were started after the last round of OTMs are eligible!

Journal of the Month – We will not be nominating for Journal OTM. All eligible journals will be included in the poll in four days.

Nomination: Dr. Sexy (alternatively Dr. Maxwell Sexy Jesus Donahue)
Reasons: He's sexy. He's Jesus. He's DOCTOR Sexy. <3 I love Max, because... he's Max. Also it is terribly amusing to watch his interactions with Gabe and Jesse and I will greatly enjoy the threads that are to come that involve one Dr. Sexy.

Reasons: I still think she deserves to win. <3 She is my NanaKeeLove and talented and talking to her in the cbox is always a blast. ^_^ Not to mention, her characters are epic.

Reasons: Okay, so it's no secret that I love both Morgan and Darryl. I just can't help but to giggle whenever they're together. I want them to be my friends, or at least part of my army of attractive men. >3

[Ann Hudgins]

Nomination: Mads!
Reasons: Do I need a reason? I don't know where to start...how about the fact she's awesome has awesome characters and is....awesome? I love her to death, and not just because she's the mother of my character's baby....Honest. She's the nicest person, always makes me grin (even when she throws a net on me). She's our site mommy and our happy family wouldn't be complete with out her.

Reasons: because. I adore him simply because he's such a butthole. It doesn't make much sense but I lovestalk all the threads he is in. He's a rich spoiled brat, but he's human just like the rest of us. I think.

Nomination: Beatdown!
Reasons: Why? Because reading that thread gives me side stitches, though laughing is probably the last thing I should do. Jake and Jesse are just so fun to watch because they hate each other so much. That's probably just my sadism talking, but come on. They're so cute together! When they...you know, rip at each others throats.

Nomination: Jared Park and Noor Qadri--Unwilling Dance Partners (or something like that)
Reasons: The two would probably never interact on a normal basis, but thanks to the magic matchmaking, they found themselves tossed together. It's funny and awkward, and I love it.

Nomination: Ann Hudgins
Reasons: Ann is just adorable. I enjoy her awkwardness around people and her strive to overcome her inability for physical touch. And it doesn’t help that she keeps a nice journal (gosh, meet up with Aiden already! XD) and I really loved Nana’s Ann-entry on the writing challenge (is that site canon? Please please please. Like, I almost cried when I read that. D;.). I love how cuddly and fragile Ann is (am I making sense still? XD). So yeah, go Ann! \/

Nomination: Eric & Autumn – Childhood sweethearts (hopefully?)
Reasons: GAAAAH. THESE TWO ARE JUST SO CUTE TOGETHER. LIKE YEAH! I enjoy every bit of stalking when it comes to these two characters. They’re such kids, and you know there’s some kind of romantic tension between them but you really can’t tell for sure due to the adorable awkwardness and general child-ness. Alone they’re just cuddly but together they’re just amazing. Haha. Spazzing for the win. :3.

Nomination: Happy Anniversary
Reasons: My heart just broke after what had happened to James’s and Chase’s marriage so it was so nice to see a thread like this come up. It’s so simple but also so unique and sweet that you can’t get enough of it. I really read the thread like, twice or thrice a week, ‘cause I can’t get enough. And the pictures are just cute. (I hope they drag Niko soon. <3).

Reasons: She’s a bananuh! That alone makes her awesome already. Lol. But seriously, she’s so friendly, dorky (10-4? What the hell does that mean?) and her characters are amazing as hell. *grabs Darryl and cuddles him to death*. And she replies so fast too (that you’d feel so bad if you don’t keep up). Yey Banana! =P

[Dr. Sean Neville]

Reasons: Although he's new, I'm in love. He's cranky, he's quirky, he's interesting, and I enjoy reading his thread - which I hope multiplies soon into many threads.

Reasons: I'm going to keep nominating her. She always rights great replies and she plots so well with everyone she can. And I absolutely adore what she's done with Josh.

Nomination: Jesse and Jake (enemies/in competition)
Reasons: They amuse me greatly, primarily because they both have disproportionate egos and Jesse needs to be knocked down a few pegs. Jake's jealousy helps with that.

Reason: I love her. She let me rope her into an awful, awful plot, she's awesome to play with, and THE sweetest thing around. I love her. To death. ... And if anyone asks, we did not run off and elope to Vegas.

Reasons: Yes, I'm biased, but Eli is wonderful. He's smart, he's a good friend, and he has a pretty little dog. ... And he stands by his friends, even when the shit hits the fan. He's loyal, and really, I want one of my own. <3
