Housing is simple enough. For students, they could be in one of the three dorms, or in a house in the town. Roommates are assigned by staff. If they are under 18, they have to live in the dorms, or with family. (Some students' parents move to Pilot Ridge so they can live at home.) Anyone over 18 can choose to live in town. There are plenty of houses and a few places that rent out apartments for those on tighter budgets.

For people who live in Pilot Ridge, there are five neighborhoods from which to choose.
- Outskirts - The outskirts of Pilot Ridge, any place that isn't within one of the other neighborhoods. Residences in the Outskirts are not necessarily near each other.
- Lakeview - A neighborhood that makes up the "nicer" side of town. This is where you will find larger houses. It's close to the lake.
- Downtown Apartments - Any apartment in the downtown or club district area. Since they're in the middle of town, the apartments here are nicer and more expensive. Most apartments here are either converted from older family homes or are above retail spaces.
- Ridgeview Heights - An apartment complex near the edge of town. It has several buildings and the rent is much cheaper than downtown. Each building has three levels and 9-12 apartments.
- Meadowwood - A neighborhood that is more affordable than Lakeview. There are family homes of different sizes, as well as some duplexes. The public schools are in the center of this neighborhood.
