Club Can't Handle Me (Closed)

Saturday. It was a perfect day to go out and dance. It had been a while since Adrianna had even gone out. Most of the time she stayed inside the school grounds, but not today. She was ready to have fun. Too much drama had been surrounding her lately and she was sick of being so upset. Hey, maybe she'd get lucky and meet someone.

Adrian was all dolled up. She wore a short black sleeveless dress that frilled out around her and sparkled in any light and stiletto heels that exposed her freshly done pedicure. Her hair was curled in ringlets and bounced every time she would move her head the slightest bit. She wore only a thin layer of make up, though it looked like a lot with as much glitter as she had in it. She sparkled.

As Adrian walked towards the club she noticed the loud music pumping out of the door that constantly opened and closed. She was excited, more so than she had been in a while. Tonight was going to be fun. She'd dance with a few good looking strangers and let the music calm her nerves. There was no need for stress on this Saturday night. Stress didn't exist. All that existed was the music, the lights and insane party raging inside the club.

Adrianna looked at the bouncer and showed him her ID. "Don't worry I don't plan on drinking any alcohol." She smiled brightly once he let her go in, "Thank you."

Inside the club was even louder. Luckily for Miss Party Girl, the noise didn't affect her. She heard the song switch over to one of her favorites, Flo Rida's Club Can't Handle Me. Adrian smiled wide and went to the dance floor.

Talen was already inside, drowning himself in hydrating drinks as his restless eyes prowled the dance floor. He was probably one of the youngest people here, and he didn’t care. When jogging and working out couldn’t take away this restless feeling away, he had decided to dress up and go out to the club. He was in dark distressed jeans, nice shoes, a black wife beater, and a dark blue open shirt over it, the sleeves rolled to his elbows and showing off impressive forearms.

That’s when she walked in.

Long-legged, sparkling like a star, she was one of the prettiest girls he had seen. He couldn’t take his eyes off her as she walked in, sauntering like she owned the dance floor. He couldn’t help himself; he put his drink down, stood up, and started walking towards her. Already a ring of other boys started for her, but one look in his direction and they backed off. A slow smile graced his face when he stopped in front of her, holding a hand out.

“Would you like to dance with me?” he asked politely, pitching his voice to be heard over the loud music.

Adrian noticed the group of boys heading towards her, but one caught her eye specifically. He was dressed fairly decently and had the tall, dark, and handsome look down. She twirled around once and then stopped when he got to her. She smiled flirtatiously and looked at him as she swayed to the music. "Sure, let's just hope you can keep up." She smiled and took his hand. With a sudden jolt she got a feel for his power. A cell regenerator, that was new.

Adrian played the jolt off as if it didn't happen and led him deeper into the crowd of people. She saw a few girls get closer to their dates and she rolled her eyes. She was only focused on one guy in front of her that was just too good to be true. "I'm Adrianna, but you can call me Adrian if you'd like. You are?" She asked over the blasting music. The bass was making the whole dance floor vibrate and pulse. Adrian's curls bounced around her head with the bass rhythm.

She slowed down once the music changed into a slower dance beat. It was a song Adrian hadn't heard in a while, Everytime We Touch by Cascada. She put her right arm up around the boys neck and started dancing freely. Dancing was one of the few stress relievers Adrian had and it was actually working.

“Talen,” he replied to her question, tightening his hand around hers while she pulled him onto the dance floor. He followed like a willing puppy, eager to dance with her while the walls vibrated with music. She was a small thing, fit perfectly in his arms, and she had that look of allure that drew him in. When she turned to face him, his free hand managed to capture a few of her curls and play with them. “I’d prefer to call you Adrianna, if you don’t mind. It’s too beautiful a name to make masculine.”

As the song changed, Tal’s hands landed on her hips, his body matching the rhythm of hers as he began to dance. It had been a while since he had done this, dancing with a girl in a club. The last time he had danced with a girl…it had been years ago, at his sixth birthday. Sure, it had been toddler dancing, but this was much different. His fingers tightened a little as he stepped closer, his body brushing hers.

He leaned in closer, until his body hung over hers and his lips were at her ear. “What brings a beautiful girl like you to the club tonight, Adrianna?” he murmured playfully, smiling against her skin.

Adrianna mouthed the words of the song as she danced and looked up at him, "That's a very unique name. I like it." She felt his hand in her hair and she controlled the redness of her face so that he wouldn't be able to tell just how much she was blushing. She put her other arm around his neck and swayed to the beat.

She felt him get closer and her heart leaped, beating rapidly against her chest. Adri rarely reacted like that to a guy. She was good at controlling herself, but it was pretty difficult with Talen. She shuddered when she felt his lips touch her ear. "I-I just came to have some fun. It's been a while." Her breathing hitched and she cursed herself for stuttering like a moron. She felt incredibly stupid, but he didn't seem to mind it.

Adrianna smiled as she danced with him. He wasn't a bad dancer either, of course she was a competitive dancer so she had more moves, but he had potential. She looked around as the lights pulsated with the music. The club was definitely amazing, pretty close to the ones in California, but with less fake tanners and fake blonds.

He smiled when he heard her compliment about his name, liking her reaction to his question and the way her skin seemed to heat under his bold touching. He pulled her hips in closer, moving their bodies together in sync as the song changed yet again, to one of his favorites. Ignition by tobyMac, it was a song that got the body moving under the dark lighting and in the undulation of the bodies surrounding them. “It’s been a while for me too, Adrianna,” he murmured in her ear, referring to him dancing as he swayed to the beat.

Pretty soon the heat got to him and he stepped back from Adrianna, giving her a smile that promised many things. He unrolled his sleeves and shrugged his shirt off, revealing dark gold skin glowing with a layer of sweat that could be seen on his bared skin. He rolled up the shirt and tucked it into his back pocket as he approached her again, taking her into his arms as his hips swung with the music. His bare skin slid along hers, the sweat eliminating any friction between the two of them.

Adrian was a bit surprised when he pulled her in closer. Very bold for a guy she just met, but she didn't mind it. After all, this was a club. She smiled when the song changed. She bit her bottom lip when he whispered in her ear again. There was just something about him that made her weak at the knees. She tried gaining control of herself again, but it took a little more time than usual. She pressed up closer to him and swayed her hips more drastically.

She backed up a bit when he stepped away a little hurt, but then she saw his smile and her heart sped up again. Adrianna pulled him back once he had his shirt off and ran her fingers along the back of his neck. She was never this forward, but it was easy for her to be like that with him. He seemed pretty willing too. She could feel the heat coming off his skin in waves, he was literally hot. Adrian shook her head when she thought of that incredibly lame joke. "So you're a healer huh?" She asked trying to make some form of communication that wasn't as suggestive. She felt a little awkward and too innocent for some reason.

Her fingers on the back of his neck made his eyes close and a low sound, close to a rumble, to come out from his chest and throat, his eyes almost glowing when he opened them again to look down at her. The back of his neck, the skin between his shoulders, and the small of his back were weak spots, as well as his neck and ears. He pulled her even closer, making their bodies flush against each other, a reaction to her innocent stroking. He guessed she could feel his body heat; he always ran warmer than normal humans.

Her question threw him into a loop, making his eyes blink in surprise. She must be…“Yeah I am. You must be a power sensor, huh?” he asked back, somehow guessing that was the only way she could know what his power was without actually experiencing it for herself. He leaned in closer, so much so that his nose was bumping hers with every movement of their bodies. “So, am I right?”

Adrianna smiled and ran her fingers through his hair, twirling strands around her index finger. She really liked Talen and yet...she barely knew him. Oh who cares? Unfortunately the small voice inside Adri's head did. She let her hand travel from his hair down his cheek back to his neck. Why was this so easy for her? It shouldn't have been, but then again, she had wanted this to happen. Adrian leaned into Tal and continued dancing with him, their bodies close together.

Adrian frowned playfully, "Aw how did you guess? Oh I guess it's obvious when I know your power without you telling me about it." She wanted to lean in, just to close the distance, but she held herself back. The closer he got to her, the weaker she became. The harder it was for her to get control. She was falling hard and fast for him. She smiled, "You win, want to claim your prize?"

Her caresses were getting to him. His body heat skyrocketed, searing them with his heat. He was about ready to ravish her when she spoke, making the lustful thoughts in his head break and cool reason to sate his passion. So, he was correct about her power. It was either a sensor or mimicry, and he really couldn’t tell between the two when it came to a person. He would just have to see if she was a mimic. Until then, she had asked a question, and a slow smile graced his face. It was the smile of a man who had his woman right where he wanted her, warm and willing in his arms, awaiting his advances.

“Who wouldn’t want to claim such a prize from you, Adrianna?” he asked before he leaned in the extra inches and took her mouth in a kiss that made the music, the people, the atmosphere disappear around them. One of his hands came up to cup her cheek, cradling her face as he kept the kiss chaste and tender, not wanting to scare her with his hunger. So what if he didn’t know her? That was the fun of getting to know someone. He pulled back after a moment, looking down at her as the people and music came flooding back to his senses.

Adrianna felt his heat go up and she laughed lightly. He was definitely into her, she could tell just by looking at him. She saw the smile on his face and her heart skipped a beat all together. She knew what was coming and her head was screaming at her to pull away, but the heart always wins. She wanted him to kiss her, she wanted him to do a little more then that, but she'd wait for that part.

Adrian blushed at his comment and met his lips with hers. It was a sweet kiss, not intense and powerful, just soft and sweet. It made Adrian's heart nearly pop out of her chest. She didn't care at that point how much she knew about him. She could always get to learn things about him. He was a student, so they'd see each other around the campus. Everything would be fine. She broke the kiss first and smiled, "Wow. This must be my lucky night."

Adrian looked up at him and then down trying to keep from blushing too much. She could feel her face heating up though. It was hard not to blush after something as amazing as that kiss was. She leaned into him and wrapped her arms around his torso as a slower song came on. She sighed in content and bit her lip. Boy was her mom going to love hearing about him. This was definitely going to be mentioned in the next phone call.

He grinned down at her when she made that statement. “It must be my lucky night as well,” he replied, moving his arms to encircle her shoulders as the slow song came on. The writhing movements of their bodies turned into slow swaying, just the way he liked it when he was seducing a pretty girl like Adrianna. He liked to take his time wooing her, but this girl was like fire, sweeping into his senses and through his body like uncontrollable lava. He looked down at her as they danced, and lifted a hand.

He brushed strands of her hair away from her face, stroking down her cheek with his fingertips until they settled under her chin, moving her face up to meet his gaze. He looked at her for another moment before lowering his face to hers, taking her into another sweet kiss that was equally ground-shaking, but something more than the last one. His arm tightened around her as his free hand cupped her cheek again, the feel of her silky skin in his rough palm an enticement he couldn’t get enough of. He lingered this time, taking his time shaping her lips until he pulled back, keeping his forehead pressed against hers.

“Please don’t hide that pretty face from me,” he murmured softly, smiling.

Adrianna was beyond bliss at this point. Her heart had slowed down a bit to the pace of the song. She swayed slowly back and forth with him and thought to herself. He was like the perfect guy, tall, dark, handsome and sooo sweet, but with the hidden fire that Adrian liked the most about him. He wasn't afraid to move a little fast and then slow things down and that's how she liked it. Adrian looked up at him and closed her eyes when he brushed her hair away from her face.

He leaned down and she felt his lips once more. It was much like the first, but with a little more to it. Adrianna stretched up to make the kiss last a little longer and felt her breathing hitch once he pulled away. Adri had practically forgotten about everyone else in the club. They didn't really matter. She was floating on Cloud 9, happier than she had been in a while. She looked up at him and smiled.

"Will that happen every time that I do? Cause if it does, then I might start hiding all the time," She laughed quietly and leaned into him.

Tal watched her as the song progressed into the next one, another slow song that kept them swaying. Her lips were slightly swollen from their kisses, her cheeks pink with color and her skin emitting heat, much like his own. His fingertips stroked her cheek gently, savoring the feel of her silky skin. He was filled with inspiration to draw her, just like this, with the lights sparkling like stars in her eyes and the glow enhancing the loveliness of her face.

He grinned crookedly, the gesture endearing. “Possibly,” he replied to her question. “Or I may just have to tickle you, or lock you away until you show that lovely face again to me.” True to his word, his hands fell to her sides and lightly wriggled against her dress, trying to see if she was ticklish. He leaned in closer and pressed his lips to her temple, already feeling something for her.

Adrianna's eyes widened, "No, don't tickle me please." She laughed and hugged him tighter when he tickled her. She buried her face in his chest to keep from making too much noise. He was cuddly, and she liked that. Adrian closed her eyes and tightened her grip on him. He was so cute, it made her want to squeal, but she didn't. Adri rubbed the back of his neck, her long fingernails tracing patterns into his skin.

How could someone feel so helpless around a person they had just met? It didn't seem possible at first, but Adrian felt utterly and completely helpless around Talen. He was more or less her weakness. She was hooked and there was nothing she could do about it. Adrian looked up at him and put her hand on his cheek, "How did this even happen?" She laughed lightly and bit her lip. It was a nervous habit of hers.
