Dancing in the Night (Hoshi tags Ushie)

Hoshi was somewhere she did wasn't comfortable. At all. Her female co-workers had made her go out to the club with them. Hoshi was supposed t be the designated driver, or she was going to be, until they all decided to ditch her. Her eyes scanned the room. They would pay for this on Monday. She had even gotten dressed up, western style, and was actually considering leaning up on the amount of work and her attitude towards them. Hoshi was flattered and happy when her workers asked if she would like to accompany them. She was not really close with the workers and thought most of them huddled together in their cliques and groups. She found it hard to understand their attitude and their way of thought. They all were so intent on banning against her and her policy's that they did not really see the person behind the policy's. As stated it was to Hoshi's great surprise she was invited.

Her eyes scanned the dimly lit room and watched the flashing lights. There they were. Out dancing. Giving a small hmmph to herself Hoshi moved towards the back of the club, finding one of the smaller tables to sit and wait. They would find her again when she was needed. They always did. Hoshi was not one for Dancing and was not one for clubs. She had been invited and out of respect for the other parties she had come. Crossing her leg over her knee Hoshi sat at the table observing the scene set before her watching the people. She tugged her shortish dress over her knee and sipped on the soda that she had got. She was not going to drink tonight, and she was not going to do anything but be the responsible one. As always. Hoshi closed her eyes listening to the music that was screaming from the speakers.She could just rest for a while.
