Whoever was making ll that noise was seriously going to get it. I will slash, rip, rend, tear, and otherwise decapitate whichever roomie has decided that… she checked her clock, ….decided that seven is a good time to be awake on a Saturday. She grumbled to herself. Her sleep hadn’t been very good, what little she had gotten. Last night she had been online waay too late surfing for some of the newest codes for her current project and hadn’t gone to be until about four. Aki’s plan had been to stay asleep until about twelve, snatch some breakfast and then go practice parkour. It seemed that waking up like this was a bit premature because it definitely wasn’t twelve yet. Her face scrunched up into a s silent snarl and she shook herself out of bed.
The short lithe girl looked around through mossy stone colored eyes and grabbed her robe. She wasn’t going to have any control right now, not after all those thoughts were still swirling around in her head. Every night she cursed her lack of practice as nightmares assaulted her brain. Last night had been particularly bad, and she just wanted to forget it. So she amused herself by thinking of punching whoever was out there making noise. It worked as a needed distraction. The black robe covered all her skin so that she wouldn’t bump anyone and hear everything she didn’t wasn’t to hear first thing in the morning. Of course, she was going to hear it anyway because of the proximity and because she knew her roommates.
Music drifted in, and she growled. It was some kind of upbeat way too happy music, definitely not something she wanted to listen to when she was grumpy. Why did everyone have to be so….awake. She stretched her consciousness, carefully trying to avoid the people so near to her. She wanted to know who was around. As she tried she lost control and everything slipped away, leaving nothing but a growing headache. Coffee. She needed coffee. Aki opened her door, walked out, and decided whoever had woken her up this ridiculous early needed to be beaten.
