Outfit.Dani had been avoiding Robbie like the plague. It seriously was harder than she thought. Despite their moments of being friendly, Robbie had thrown anything positive Dani thought about him to the dark, tear-it-apart corner of her mind, and she had avoided him to avoid going to jail for murder. It was harder than she thought, staying away from the blonde boy. On top of the Jared-AJ situation, and her new job, and her brother, and Moe, and... Okay, there was too much to list. But on top of all that, at the forefront of her mind, was a certain blonde boy. She needed to deal with him somehow. For now, it was looking like avoidance was her best bet, even though that meant ducking behind people who hated her to avoid his gaze, and jumping into closets when she heard him calling her. She'd wait, her heart pounding in her ears, her face red with the shame of being unable to face him like she could everyone else, until she was sure he was gone.
She'd rather get detention for taking a foil to him, to be honest.
She was doing her normal lunch thing, which was get food, stick to wall, plunk down at the lonely, ill-lit table in the far corner to scribble in her notebook, and nibble on whatever food there happened to be on her tray. She was doing great, knowing that Robbie never looked for her in the cafeteria, probably didn't know she even ate like normal people, and so she was relaxed, her guard down as she tried to figure out angles and materials for a floss-tripped toothpaste cannon. Oh, math. How those kids that think you'll never be used for anything are wrong. Dani would make fun of nerds, but really she loved math. It was great for her pranking.
Her boots were kicked up onto the table, her chair tilted back some. She was just really getting into the numbers when a shadow blocked what little light she had. She looked up, about to tell whoever it was to go eat in the library or the art room like all the other socially stunted, but her words caught in her throat and she narrowed her eyes, a menacing hiss making its way through her teeth even as her stomach dropped. "Go die."
Robbie was so going to get his head ripped off in ten, nine, eight...
