Taking a swim (OPEN)

Things were going great for Derek so far, he has been on many dates, but he has not lost his virginity yet. Even though he was planning to, Derek wanted his schoolwork to go first, knowing that sex isn’t going anywhere. Gathering his dufflebag, Derek headed to the Gymnasium. The air was cold, but this didn’t faze Derek, he was already jogging around the school’s campus for a half hour.

After arriving at the doors of the Gym, Derek stretched before he walked into the sweat smelled room. The ceiling was high, and the lights were bright lights that would be able to light up a stadium. Stripping of his adidas track jacket, and his pants, Derek slid on his swimming trunks, and looked around the water. There hasn’t been anyone in sight yet, but around this time there would be a lot of meta-human kids swimming around some where.

Stripping of his socks, Derek launched himself into the water, which made a massive splash, and made the tile floors wet. Several duplicates sprung from Derek’s body while he was under water, the other three duplicates kept him company while he was swimming around.

With being new at the school, Scarlett hadn't really met many people like her or been to many places yet. She was hoping to find some friends to explore with but most people were preoccupied by other things. They were all either going shopping, gossiping, studying or sleeping with their boyfriends (something she had never done before). Instead, she studied and practiced her dancing. Being on her own proved to be okay really as she could go and do whatever she wanted.

And that was how she ended up where she was, the gym and about to climb into the swimming pool. At first, she though that no one was there and gave a sigh of relief. Stripping off her dress and slipping her skimpy bikini on, Scarlett lowered herself into the pool, only to be covered by a huge amount of water as someone catapulted themselves into the pool.

"What the..." she cried and then turned to the trouble maker, "Oh." She was lost for words. This boy was a million times hotter than most people she had seen before and she smiled, swimming over to him.

"I'm Scarlett," she smiled, "and you are?"

Derek heard an unfamiliar voice, only to turn around, seeing a girl. She had a dancers’ physique, and an attractive face. Derek kept on swimming, while his duplicates were around him. Duplicate number one, and two were splashing eachother, while swearing at eachother. ”Calm down you two,” Derek said, whilst he turned around to the girl. ”I’m Derek, you by any chance know how to swim? If not, I’ll be able to teach ya’,” Derek said, trying to flirt with the girl.

The duplicator looked towards his duplications, then to the girl, and back towards his duplications. With the blink of an eye, his duplications seeped into smokey matter, remitting back into the duplicator’s body. Brushing the water off of his face, Derek looked towards the girls’ body, she was smoking, in Derek’s eyes, if she got into the water, the whole pool would evaporate.

Sweeet. The duplicator thought to himself.

Helena saw many different people and knew that something was not quite right. Wait! These people were all copies of each other. One of the boys seemed to be in control and it was then that she realised that he had the power of Duplication. "Cool power," she complimented, watching them all interacting and laughing. Wow, what she would give to have a real power like this boy did, "All I can do is see everyone's past. I feel like a granny." If this was her attempt of flirting, she wasn't doing very well.

"I can swim," she informed him and then added with a cheeky smile, hoping he would hold onto her as they swum, "But you can still hold my hand." Possibly the flirting was a little obvious but so was his. Wow, she thought, this boy is so hot and maybe, maybe he likes me too. Once glance at the boy, told her that he wanted to make out with her there and then. She dived into the pool and swum over to him just as his replicas disappeared.

"I'm Scarlett," she smiled and held out her wet hand to him. They were so close and the boy was hardly wearing anything. Just their swimming costumes held them apart. Her heart fluttered.
