Pranking 101 (Eddie)

There was only a few months left in school now until graduation would be coming and the seniors would be long gone. Jacelynn was one of those seniors who'd be leaving relatively soon. She had mixed feelings about leaving. Part of her was excited to move onto college and meet adorably attractive college guys. But there was also that part of her that would miss all of her friends she'd made at Hammel, her second home. Hammel wasn't just a home to her though, it had brought her out of her shell once she went from brace-face to hottie over the years. At her home she'd been sheltered from the world, but here, she was provided with a diverse group of friends and people to meet. It also provided her with plenty of guinea pigs for her newest pranks. (Insert evil grin here.)

Pranking was more than just a hobby, it was a life-style choice for Aleks. She adored pulling pranks on all types of people. Making the preppy girls scream because they got mud in their hair; making nerds freak out because all of their video games are gone (she usually tricked Eddie with that sort of stuff...his reaction was priceless) and her favorite was getting the little kids that wandered around Hammel. She used to do random things to random people, but now she focused on messing with her friends and the people that got on her nerves. Eddie happened to be target number one most of the time. Poor guy.

Jacelynn was making her way down to the common room of the doors and had a little more pep in her step than usual. Surprisingly enough she wasn't plotting destruction on anyone, but she was in a great mood. Bright and bubbly, that was her. She didn't know what she was planning to do, but she had a book in hand and an ipod in her pocket. She made her way down the stairs rather quickly to find a spot in the room that had good lighting, but wasn't too crowded. Her hearing was getting a bit more sensitive and she was trying not to spark her power at all.

Aleks plopped down in a seat and opened her book and began her vigorous reading.

Eddie had woken up later than usual that day. Finally waking up, Eddie yawned and let out a huge stretch. "Aaaahhhh," He sighed to himself as he looked around the room. He loved having nothing to do, because that meant there was only one thing to do. Play. Some. Vids. And that was Eddie's most favorite thing to do!

Jumping out of bed, Eddie looked under his bed and pulled out his military tin box. Inside of it were some of Eddie's favorite things. His beautiful bong, his lovely pipe, and a very very large bag of grade A "Chemo" kush, he had picked up last time he went home. How did he bring it over the border you may ask. Lets just say, it was very. Very. Painful.

After packing up his bong, Eddie turned on his smoke filter and looked around. Something was different. Off you may even say. But things just weren't right. Something was missing. After looking around his room, Eddie couldn't believe it had taken him this long to realize what was missing. His video games.

Eddie usually slept with his door unlocked since he didn't feel any threat from the other girl who shared his dorm room. But then he remembered the little blonde prankster that always did these things to him. "ALLLEEEKKKSSSS!" He screamed from his room knowing that the blonde with clairaudience could hear him.

Pissed off, Eddie phased out of his room and marched his way over to the common room. Seeing the back on her head, Eddie stomped over to her. Standing in front of her with his arms crossed, Eddie snarled down at the blonde, "Where are my vids Aleks?"

Clairaudience had its perks. Can you say eavesdropping? Not that Aleks enjoyed using it for that reason, but it came in handy when she needed some information. It also had it's downfalls though. Such as the fact that she heard everything. Whether it be someone whispering across the room or talking down the hallway, she heard it all. It also caused very bad migraines and made her ears hurt after a while. Stupid sensitive hearing.

And that was what led to the wince after she heard her name being yelled from only a short distance away. Despite the pain from the loud noise, Aleks smirked evilly. That scream was the effect of one of her wicked pranks. One that she'd done so many times that her target would know exactly who it was. She'd expected him to react much sooner, but it seemed he had slept in a bit and taken a very long time to realize that they were gone. How strange. He was always playing those silly games, that should have been the first thing he saw.

With the book still in her hand and her eyes still on the page, she listened as he marched all the way to the common room and stomped right over to her. She could almost see him folding his arms and scowling her. When she turned around, that's exactly what she saw. Her smile only widened and she put on the cutest expression she was capable of making.

"Good morning sunshine, it's nice to see you too. How was your night? Mine was great. Whatever could you be talking about? I don't have your silly games," Aleks said in a totally innocent and very convincing tone, but she knew he'd see right through her. After all, they'd been friends for so long. He knew what she was capable of and he knew that she targeted him so often.
